【摘要】：高等教育由精英化向大眾化轉(zhuǎn)變,高職院校承載著向社會(huì)輸送技能型復(fù)合人才的任務(wù),而培育創(chuàng)新型師資是培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型人才的前提。公體師資隊(duì)伍在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)方面是主體。文章剖析創(chuàng)新型公體師資隊(duì)伍內(nèi)涵特質(zhì),指出存在的問(wèn)題及產(chǎn)生問(wèn)題的原因,并探討高職院校公體創(chuàng)新型師資培育策略。
[Abstract]:Higher education has changed from elite to popular, and higher vocational colleges are carrying the task of conveying skilled and complex talents to the society. The cultivation of innovative teachers is the premise of cultivating innovative talents, and the team of public sports teachers is the main body in training students' comprehensive quality. This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of innovative teachers, and points out the existing problems and the causes of the problems. This paper also discusses the cultivation strategy of public-sports and innovative teachers in higher vocational colleges.
