【摘要】：論文署名不端是眾多學(xué)術(shù)不端現(xiàn)象之一,其造成的不良影響不可小覷。要杜絕此類(lèi)現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生,就必須加強(qiáng)《著作權(quán)法》的學(xué)習(xí),完善現(xiàn)有的學(xué)術(shù)管理體系,加強(qiáng)學(xué)術(shù)道德的建設(shè),在維護(hù)作者合法權(quán)益的同時(shí),加強(qiáng)對(duì)署名不端現(xiàn)象的治理力度,凈化學(xué)術(shù)氛圍,形成良好的學(xué)術(shù)風(fēng)氣。在分析高職學(xué)院學(xué)報(bào)來(lái)稿中論文署名不端現(xiàn)象的基礎(chǔ)上,提出建立學(xué)術(shù)道德委員會(huì)、宣傳學(xué)習(xí)著作權(quán)法并結(jié)合使用學(xué)術(shù)不端論文檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)等方法,能夠有效遏制學(xué)術(shù)不端行為。
[Abstract]:The improper signature of the paper is one of the many phenomena of academic misconduct, and its adverse effects can not be underestimated. In order to put an end to this kind of phenomenon, we must strengthen the study of copyright Law and perfect the existing academic management system. Strengthening the construction of academic morality, while safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the author, strengthening the management of the phenomenon of signed misconduct, and purifying the academic atmosphere, On the basis of analyzing the phenomenon of improper signature of papers in the manuscripts of journals of higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward some methods, such as setting up academic ethics committee, propagating and studying copyright law and combining with the use of the system for detecting academic misconduct, etc. Can effectively curb academic misconduct.
