【摘要】：職業(yè)教育和培訓能改善鄉(xiāng)城移民的生計資本束,從多個維度促進其融入城市。通過接受職業(yè)教育和培訓,鄉(xiāng)城移民的職業(yè)知識素質(zhì)、職業(yè)能力素質(zhì)、職業(yè)心理素質(zhì)均能得到提升,隨之工作搜尋的市場范圍得以拓展,更為接近體面就業(yè),從而奠定在城市生存的經(jīng)濟基礎(chǔ),為建構(gòu)可持續(xù)生計奠基。職業(yè)教育和培訓通過培養(yǎng)經(jīng)濟社會轉(zhuǎn)型所需的技能型人才,能夠降低經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型、技術(shù)進步帶來的結(jié)構(gòu)性失業(yè)。
[Abstract]:Vocational education and training can improve rural migrants' livelihood capital bundle and promote their integration into the city from multiple dimensions. Professional psychological quality can be improved, and the market for job search has been expanded, closer to decent employment, thus laying the economic foundation for urban survival. Vocational education and training can reduce the structural unemployment caused by economic transformation and technological progress by training the skilled talents needed for economic and social transformation.
