【摘要】：在當(dāng)前的高職院校的教育中,存在著注重學(xué)生職業(yè)技能、輕視學(xué)生職業(yè)精神培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)象,造成學(xué)生職業(yè)精神缺失,影響職業(yè)教育的健康發(fā)展。本文通過(guò)對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)高職院校學(xué)生職業(yè)精神培育中存在的問(wèn)題以及原因進(jìn)行分析,提出了構(gòu)建高職院校學(xué)生職業(yè)精神培育體系理論。
[Abstract]:In the current higher vocational education, there exists the phenomenon of paying attention to the students' vocational skills and despising the cultivation of the students' professional spirit, which results in the lack of the students' professional spirit. This paper analyzes the problems and causes existing in the cultivation of vocational spirit of students in higher vocational colleges in our country, and puts forward the theory of constructing the cultivation system of students' professional spirit in higher vocational colleges.
