【摘要】：針對職業(yè)院校"雙師型"教師隊伍建設(shè)存在的問題及企業(yè)作用未真正發(fā)揮出來的現(xiàn)狀,在探討現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育"雙師型"教師隊伍對企業(yè)的要求及其角色定位的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了三位一體模型來提升企業(yè)在"雙師型"教師隊伍建設(shè)中的主體地位。首先給出了相關(guān)概念,分析了企業(yè)與"雙師型"教師隊伍建設(shè)的關(guān)系,指出了存在的問題,提出了相應(yīng)的對策。從政府、院校和企業(yè)等三個層面給出相應(yīng)的對策,促進企業(yè)發(fā)揮在職業(yè)院校"雙師型"教師隊伍建設(shè)的主體作用,提高職業(yè)教育教學(xué)效果。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems existing in the construction of "double-qualified" teachers in vocational colleges and the current situation that the role of enterprises has not really been brought into play. On the basis of discussing the requirements and role orientation of "double qualified" teachers in modern vocational education to enterprises. This paper puts forward a trinity model to enhance the main position of enterprises in the construction of "double qualified" teachers. Firstly, the related concepts are given, and the relationship between enterprises and the construction of "double qualified" teachers is analyzed. This paper points out the existing problems and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. The corresponding countermeasures are given from the three levels of government, colleges and enterprises, so as to promote the enterprises to play the main role in the construction of "double-qualified" teachers in vocational colleges. Improve the teaching effect of vocational education.
