【摘要】：在移動互聯背景下,社區(qū)服務與治理創(chuàng)新也呈現出平臺化趨勢。廣東輕工職業(yè)技術學院社區(qū)服務中心的案例呈現出協同創(chuàng)新的治理機制和通過搭建服務于平臺的"圈環(huán)形產業(yè)鏈"來實現網絡價值利潤池的創(chuàng)新績效等方面的平臺構建的邏輯機理。以此為參照,社區(qū)服務平臺戰(zhàn)略的規(guī)劃與實施需要轉變思維,建立以利益共享為基礎的共贏治理機制,完善法律法規(guī)驅動社區(qū)平臺的社會化和市場化。
[Abstract]:In the context of mobile interconnection. The innovation of community service and governance also shows the trend of platformization. The case of community service center of Guangdong Light Industry Vocational and Technical College presents the governance mechanism of collaborative innovation and the "ring industry chain" which serves the platform. To realize the network value profit pool innovation performance and other aspects of the logical mechanism of platform construction. The planning and implementation of community service platform strategy need to change thinking, establish a win-win governance mechanism based on benefit sharing, and perfect laws and regulations to drive the socialization and marketization of community platform.
