【摘要】:近些年來,我國的職業(yè)教育有了長足的發(fā)展,為社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)培養(yǎng)了大批高素質(zhì)的技能型專門人才,是我國教育體系中相對獨立而且發(fā)展較快的重要組成部分。然而,隨著我國走新型工業(yè)化道路、建設(shè)社會主義新農(nóng)村和創(chuàng)新型國家對高技能人才要求的不斷提高,,職業(yè)教育既面臨著較好的發(fā)展機遇,也面臨著嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn)。 加快培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)技能型專門人才成為我國職業(yè)教育面臨的緊迫任務(wù)。職業(yè)院校從學(xué)校定位和培養(yǎng)模式的要求出發(fā),為了適應(yīng)培養(yǎng)實踐能力的需要,普遍重視實訓(xùn)基地的建設(shè)。校內(nèi)實訓(xùn)基地承擔(dān)了實踐教學(xué)的大部分任務(wù),是學(xué)生在校期間實踐能力和職業(yè)素質(zhì)養(yǎng)成的搖籃,是提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵。學(xué)生只有通過校內(nèi)實訓(xùn)基地的技能訓(xùn)練,掌握一定的技能、技巧,具備一定的頂崗能力后,企業(yè)才愿意提供實習(xí)的崗位,產(chǎn)學(xué)結(jié)合的人才培養(yǎng)模式才能得以實現(xiàn)。 在現(xiàn)代教育理念的指導(dǎo)下,職業(yè)院校的實訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)還必須適應(yīng)我國職業(yè)教育教學(xué)改革的需要。職業(yè)教育的專業(yè)設(shè)置、課程體系改革以及教學(xué)方式方法更新,都會對實訓(xùn)基地的建設(shè)產(chǎn)生影響。面向社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展需要的專業(yè)設(shè)置、堅持能力本位的課程體系和強調(diào)自主實踐的實訓(xùn)方式,應(yīng)當(dāng)成為職業(yè)院校建設(shè)實訓(xùn)基地的基本依據(jù)。 本文從職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)模式出發(fā),就校內(nèi)實訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)中的設(shè)施、教師和管理等主要要素做了簡要論述,通過對國家重點實訓(xùn)基地院校——天津市建筑工程學(xué)校的實訓(xùn)基地的實地考察和研究,歸納其實訓(xùn)基地的建設(shè)經(jīng)驗和發(fā)展趨勢。最后提出一些關(guān)于實訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)的對策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's vocational education has made considerable progress, for the socialist modernization of a large number of high-quality skilled professionals. It is an important part of our country's education system which is relatively independent and develops rapidly. However, along with the new industrialization road of our country. With the development of new socialist countryside and innovative country, vocational education is faced with both good development opportunities and severe challenges. It is an urgent task for vocational education in China to speed up the training of highly qualified and skilled professionals. Vocational colleges and universities set out from the requirements of school orientation and training model in order to meet the needs of cultivating practical ability. It is the cradle of students' practical ability and professional quality to cultivate their practical ability and professional quality during the period of school, which takes on most of the tasks of practical teaching. It is the key to improve the quality of teaching. Only after students master certain skills and skills and have a certain ability to stand on the post can the enterprise be willing to provide the post of practice through the skill training of the training base in the school. The talent training mode of combining production and learning can be realized. Under the guidance of modern education concept, the construction of practical training base in vocational colleges must also meet the needs of vocational education teaching reform in China. City will have an impact on the construction of training base. Meet the needs of social and economic development of the professional setting, adhere to the competency-based curriculum system and emphasize the practice of independent practice. It should become the basic basis for the construction of practical training base in vocational colleges and universities. Starting from the training mode of vocational education talents, this paper briefly discusses the main factors such as facilities, teachers and management in the construction of practical training bases in schools. Through the national key training base academies-Tianjin Construction Engineering School of the training base of the field investigation and research. The construction experience and development trend of the training base are summarized. Finally, some countermeasures about the construction of the training base are put forward.
