【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系建設(shè)不斷深入,職業(yè)教育迎來了新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇并取得了巨大成績(jī)。然而,當(dāng)前職業(yè)教育在經(jīng)費(fèi)投入、辦學(xué)機(jī)制、師資隊(duì)伍、中高職專業(yè)銜接、職教資源分布以及與產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展等方面還存在著諸多不足。針對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,要科學(xué)制定職業(yè)教育發(fā)展方略,包括提升職教戰(zhàn)略地位,改革辦學(xué)體制,吸引優(yōu)秀人才、優(yōu)化師資隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu),加強(qiáng)職教層次間銜接,構(gòu)建產(chǎn)教融合機(jī)制,合理配置職教資源等,以實(shí)現(xiàn)加快推進(jìn)中國(guó)特色現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系建設(shè)的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the construction of modern vocational education system in China, vocational education has ushered in new opportunities for development and made great achievements. However, the current vocational education in the funding investment, running a school mechanism, teachers. There are still many deficiencies in the connection of major, the distribution of vocational education resources and the coordinated development with industry. In view of the practical problems, it is necessary to scientifically formulate a general plan for the development of vocational education, including the promotion of the strategic position of vocational education. Reform the school running system, attract outstanding talents, optimize the structure of the teaching staff, strengthen the link between the levels of vocational education, construct the integration mechanism of production and education, and rationally allocate the resources of vocational education, etc. In order to achieve the goal of speeding up the construction of modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics.
