農業(yè)高職院校畢業(yè)生參與農業(yè)推廣的路徑研究

【摘要】:如今,大學畢業(yè)生就業(yè)困難問題以及農業(yè)科技推廣人才匱乏問題已經日益成為社會關注的焦點之一。在這樣的背景下,研究如何更好的解決農業(yè)高職院校大學生就業(yè)問題及農業(yè)推廣人才隊伍的發(fā)展問題,有著十分重要的意義。本文分為四大部分進行論述: 第一部分為緒論部分。提出了農業(yè)高等職業(yè)院校畢業(yè)生參與農業(yè)推廣的路徑研究的背景、目的與意義,歸納總結了關于大學畢業(yè)生就業(yè)及農業(yè)科技推廣國內外研究現狀,給出了本文的研究方法,并對農業(yè)高職院校大學生參與農業(yè)推廣路徑的研究中主要運用的相關理論進行介紹。 第二部分主要通過對楊凌職業(yè)技術學院大學生就業(yè)觀的調查報告以及近幾年畢業(yè)生就業(yè)情況的統計分析,發(fā)現全國畢業(yè)生尤其是農業(yè)高職院校的畢業(yè)生就業(yè)形勢十分嚴峻,涉農專業(yè)的畢業(yè)生沒有能夠學以致用,沒有到最需要自己施展才華的鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)基層工作;分析了農業(yè)高職院校大學生就業(yè)的有力環(huán)境及不利環(huán)境,以及農業(yè)高職院校大學生就業(yè)中存在的問題:期望值過高、定位不準確,缺乏吃苦耐勞的精神。通過對我國農業(yè)推廣人才隊伍現狀及問題的分析,發(fā)現我國農業(yè)推廣人才匱乏,專業(yè)素質較低;農業(yè)推廣體制中用人、留人機制不暢。 第三部分主要對農業(yè)高職院校畢業(yè)生參與農業(yè)推廣的重要性及可行性進行分析和探討。農業(yè)高職院校畢業(yè)生參與農業(yè)科技推廣不但可以解決他們的就業(yè)問題,而且可以改變農業(yè)高素質人才匱乏的現狀,加速現代農業(yè)科技的推廣;農業(yè)高職院校畢業(yè)生具備農業(yè)推廣人才的基本素質,愿意到基層從事農業(yè)推廣工作。 第四部分主要是對農業(yè)高職院校畢業(yè)生參與農業(yè)推廣的思考及路徑的研究,通過大學生自身轉變就業(yè)觀,高校教育的引導,政府職能部門政策的扶持等途徑,引導農業(yè)高職院校畢業(yè)生通過參加基層就業(yè)項目,加入涉農公司以及自主創(chuàng)業(yè)等途徑參與農業(yè)推廣。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the employment difficulties of college graduates and the shortage of agricultural science and technology extension talents have become one of the focus of the society. It is of great significance to study how to better solve the employment problem of agricultural higher vocational college students and the development of agricultural extension talents. This paper is divided into four parts to discuss: The first part is the introduction part. It puts forward the background, purpose and significance of the research on the path of agricultural extension for the graduates of agricultural higher vocational colleges. This paper summarizes the current situation of research on employment of college graduates and agricultural science and technology extension at home and abroad, and gives the research methods of this paper. This paper also introduces the related theories mainly used in the research of agricultural extension path for agricultural higher vocational college students. The second part mainly through the Yang Ling vocational and technical college student employment view investigation report as well as recent years graduate employment situation statistical analysis. It is found that the employment situation of the graduates in China, especially in the agricultural higher vocational colleges, is very severe, and the graduates majoring in agriculture have not been able to apply their studies to practical use, and they have not gone to the grass-roots work in villages and towns where they need to display their talents most; This paper analyzes the strong and unfavorable environment for the employment of agricultural higher vocational college students, as well as the problems existing in the employment of agricultural vocational college students: the expectation value is too high and the orientation is not accurate. Through the analysis of the present situation and problems of agricultural extension talents in our country, it is found that the agricultural extension talents in our country are short of talents and the professional quality is relatively low. In the agricultural extension system, the employment, the retention mechanism is not smooth. The third part mainly analyzes and discusses the importance and feasibility of agricultural higher vocational college graduates to participate in agricultural extension. The participation of agricultural higher vocational college graduates in agricultural science and technology extension can not only solve their employment problems. Moreover, it can change the current situation of the shortage of high-quality agricultural talents and accelerate the popularization of modern agricultural science and technology; The graduates of agricultural higher vocational colleges possess the basic qualities of agricultural extension talents and are willing to go to the grass roots to engage in agricultural extension work. The 4th part is mainly about the thinking and the research of the way for the graduates of agricultural higher vocational colleges to participate in the agricultural extension, through the transformation of the employment view of the college students themselves, the guidance of the higher education, the support of the government function department policy and so on. To guide the graduates of agricultural higher vocational colleges to participate in agricultural extension by participating in grass-roots employment projects, joining agribusiness companies and starting businesses independently.
