微課程在中職學校《職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃》課程中的應用研究

【摘要】:隨著知識經(jīng)濟、社會信息化及課程教育改革的不斷推進,全社會對人才培養(yǎng)都提出了更高的要求,對教師的綜合素質提升也給予了更高的重視。微課程作為一種全新的教學形式和教學資源,正革新著我們的教學方式和學習方式,在教學實踐中也得到了較為廣泛的應用,全社會都掀起了研究微課程、應用微課程的層層浪潮。目前,《職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃》作為中職學校的一門德育必修課程,對學生的成長和人生價值的實現(xiàn)具有重要意義,但開設效果并不理想,多種因素導致學生重視程度不夠,學習熱情不高。因此,結合微課程的特點,發(fā)揮微課程的優(yōu)勢,更好地促進微課程在學科教學中的應用,就具有積極的研究價值。筆者結合教學實踐,考慮到實際情況和研究的可行性,本研究選擇了以中職學!堵殬I(yè)生涯規(guī)劃》課程為研究基點,著重研究微課程在該門課程中的設計與應用。筆者在本研究中開展了如下工作。首先,通過大量國內外相關文獻的閱讀,通過對中職學!堵殬I(yè)生涯規(guī)劃》課程的任課教師及部分學生的訪談,分析了微課程在國內外的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及微課程在中職學!堵殬I(yè)生涯規(guī)劃》課程中應用現(xiàn)狀,證明了微課程在中職學校《職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃》課程中的應用研究的必要性和可行性。其次,筆者通過對文獻的閱讀,分析了微課程應用于教學實踐的理論基礎,為微課程在中職學校《職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃》課程中的應用研究提供了理論支撐。再次,分析微課程的設計工具,設計微課程的制作流程,探索微課程在中職學校《職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃》課程中的設計過程,為微課程在中職學!堵殬I(yè)生涯規(guī)劃》課程中的應用研究提供了技術支持。最后,筆者運用上述理論及技術,設計了《正確認識就業(yè)》和《面向未來的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃》兩個微課程,并應用于教學實踐。微課程在中職學校《職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃》課程中的應用,創(chuàng)新了教師的教學形式,豐富了學生的學習形式,激發(fā)了學習者的學習興趣,優(yōu)化了教學效果,促進了學生自主學習能力的培養(yǎng),也促進了教師的自我成長,教學效果良好。
[Abstract]:With the continuous promotion of knowledge economy, social informatization and curriculum education reform, the whole society has put forward higher requirements for talent training. As a new teaching form and teaching resources, micro-curriculum is innovating our teaching and learning methods. In the teaching practice has also been more widely used, the whole society has set off a research micro-curriculum, the application of micro-curriculum layer by layer tide. At present, "career planning" as a secondary vocational school moral education compulsory curriculum. It is of great significance to the growth of students and the realization of life value, but the effect of offering is not ideal. Many factors cause the students to pay less attention to it and study enthusiasm is not high. Therefore, combined with the characteristics of micro-curriculum. It has positive research value to give full play to the advantages of microcurriculum and to promote the application of microcurriculum in subject teaching. The author combines teaching practice, considering the actual situation and the feasibility of research. This study focuses on the design and application of microcurriculum in secondary vocational school. The author has carried out the following work in this study. First of all. Through the reading of a large number of relevant literature at home and abroad, through the secondary vocational school "career planning" course teachers and some students interviews. This paper analyzes the development of microcurriculum at home and abroad and the application of microcurriculum in vocational school career planning. It proves the necessity and feasibility of the application of microcurriculum in the course of career Planning in Secondary Vocational School. Secondly, the author analyzes the theoretical basis of the application of microcurriculum in teaching practice through reading the literature. It provides theoretical support for the application research of microcurriculum in vocational school career planning. Thirdly, it analyzes the design tools of microcurriculum and designs the manufacturing process of microcurriculum. This paper explores the design process of microcurriculum in vocational school "career planning", and provides technical support for the application research of microcurriculum in vocational school "career planning". Based on the above theories and techniques, the author designs two microcourses, "correct understanding of Employment" and "career Planning for the Future". And applied to teaching practice. The application of micro-curriculum in vocational school "career planning" curriculum has innovated the teaching form of teachers, enriched the learning form of students, and stimulated the learners' interest in learning. It optimizes the teaching effect, promotes the cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability, and promotes the teachers' self-growth, and the teaching effect is good.
