【摘要】：在京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展的新形勢(shì)下,職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化辦學(xué)是服務(wù)京津冀區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的一條有效路徑,而且對(duì)促進(jìn)河北省職業(yè)教育規(guī)模化、集約化、連鎖化發(fā)展,提高技能型人才素質(zhì)有著重要意義。河北省作為職教大省,如何在轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式、調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)格局時(shí)期抓住機(jī)遇走出一條新路,使全省職業(yè)教育由量的積累向質(zhì)的轉(zhuǎn)變飛躍,關(guān)鍵在于如何更好的進(jìn)行職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化辦學(xué)。本文以河北省職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化辦學(xué)為研究對(duì)象,采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、訪談法,對(duì)河北省職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化辦學(xué)的發(fā)展歷程與現(xiàn)狀、目前所面臨的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行了具體分析,首先京津冀區(qū)域的協(xié)同發(fā)展為河北省職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)在三地進(jìn)行合作交流方面提供了重大的機(jī)遇。如成立了京津冀跨區(qū)域職教集團(tuán)(聯(lián)盟);京津冀教育行政主管部門的協(xié)同合作、京津冀院校間的協(xié)同合作加強(qiáng),促進(jìn)了京津冀職業(yè)教育的協(xié)同發(fā)展。當(dāng)然同時(shí)也面臨著河北省職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化辦學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)模式改革有待進(jìn)一步深化;適應(yīng)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的專業(yè)布局還有待進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化;專兼結(jié)合的教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)有待進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)等這些巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。最后針對(duì)這些挑戰(zhàn),提出促進(jìn)河北省職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化辦學(xué)發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議,如打破行政壁壘,實(shí)現(xiàn)京津冀教育資源共享;深化校企合作,改革人才培養(yǎng)模式;優(yōu)化專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)接京津冀新興產(chǎn)業(yè);搭建數(shù)字化平臺(tái),推進(jìn)京津冀教育交流信息化等。
[Abstract]:In the new situation of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, vocational education collectivization is an effective way to serve the economic and social development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and it also promotes the scale and intensification of vocational education in Hebei Province. As a major province of vocational education, Hebei Province, how to change the mode of economic development and adjust the industrial pattern, seize the opportunity to find a new way. The key to the transformation of vocational education from quantity accumulation to quality is how to run a school in a better way. This paper takes Hebei province vocational education collectivization as the research object and adopts the method of literature research. Interview method, the development of vocational education in Hebei Province and the status quo, opportunities and challenges faced by the specific analysis. Firstly, the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region provides a great opportunity for Hebei Vocational Education Group to carry out cooperation and exchange among the three places, such as the establishment of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Interregional Vocational Education Group. The cooperation between the administrative departments of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei education and the colleges and universities of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has been strengthened. It has promoted the coordinated development of vocational education in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei province. At the same time, it is also facing the reform of talent training mode of vocational education collectivization in Hebei Province, which needs to be further deepened. To adapt to the industrial transformation and upgrading of the professional layout needs to be further optimized; The construction of special and combined teaching team needs to be further strengthened, and so on. Finally, in view of these challenges, the author puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of vocational education group running schools in Hebei province, such as breaking administrative barriers. To realize the sharing of educational resources between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei; Deepening cooperation between schools and enterprises and reforming the mode of talent training; Optimize the professional structure and connect with the emerging industry of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei; Build a digital platform to promote Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei education exchange information.
