【摘要】：為了適應(yīng)建筑裝飾行業(yè)發(fā)展對技術(shù)人才的需求,本項目對建筑裝飾工程技術(shù)專業(yè)教學(xué)內(nèi)容與實踐教學(xué)體系進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究和實踐,構(gòu)建了"5+3"工學(xué)交替人才培養(yǎng)模式,在專業(yè)教學(xué)內(nèi)容體系建構(gòu)、實踐教學(xué)體系構(gòu)建、工學(xué)結(jié)合教學(xué)項目開發(fā)、"工程型"教學(xué)團(tuán)隊建設(shè)、校內(nèi)實訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)、教學(xué)項目考核評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)開發(fā)、頂崗實習(xí)運行管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定等方面進(jìn)行了深入的探索與實踐,取得了系列研究成果,提高了人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:In order to adapt to the demand of technical talents in the development of architectural decoration industry, this project has carried on the systematic research and the practice to the architectural decoration engineering technical specialty teaching content and the practice teaching system. This paper constructs the "53" alternative talents training mode, including the construction of professional teaching content system, the construction of practical teaching system, the development of teaching project combined with work and learning, and the construction of "engineering" teaching team. The construction of practical training base in school, the development of evaluation standard of teaching project, the establishment of management standard of post practice operation and so on have been deeply explored and put into practice, and a series of research results have been obtained, and the quality of personnel training has been improved.
