【摘要】：改革開放以來,我國(guó)民辦高校抓住了教育資源緊缺的機(jī)遇,迅速發(fā)展起來,成為我國(guó)實(shí)施人才強(qiáng)國(guó)戰(zhàn)略的重要培訓(xùn)力量之一。然而隨著教育市場(chǎng)的國(guó)際化,面對(duì)教育需求的多樣化,民辦高校也面臨著越來越激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。如何應(yīng)對(duì)環(huán)境的變化,準(zhǔn)確地定位,實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)展,成為民辦高校亟待研究的重要課題。 云南經(jīng)濟(jì)管理職業(yè)學(xué)院是“云南省級(jí)示范性高等職業(yè)院�！�,也是省級(jí)示范性高等職業(yè)院校中唯一的一所民辦高校,具有一定的典型性和代表性。 本文以云南經(jīng)濟(jì)管理職業(yè)學(xué)院為研究對(duì)象,以相關(guān)的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論為基礎(chǔ)理論,收集了大量的資料并進(jìn)行深入的調(diào)查,運(yùn)用PEST分析、“競(jìng)爭(zhēng)五因素”模型和SWOT分析,對(duì)學(xué)院所處的外部環(huán)境和學(xué)院自身的內(nèi)部條件進(jìn)行了分析、評(píng)價(jià),指出學(xué)院發(fā)展所面臨的機(jī)會(huì)與威脅、優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì),論證了學(xué)院的發(fā)展目標(biāo)即“以社會(huì)需求為導(dǎo)向,調(diào)整學(xué)科、專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與布局,主動(dòng)適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展需求,到2015年,使我院成為以經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和管理學(xué)科為主,經(jīng)、管、工、文、理、醫(yī)等多學(xué)科協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,結(jié)構(gòu)合理,規(guī)模適度、特色鮮明的應(yīng)用型本科院校�！笔强尚械摹Ｗ詈�,本文提出了戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的保證措施：優(yōu)化專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、深化教學(xué)改革、拓寬融資渠道、加速基本建設(shè)、完善實(shí)訓(xùn)實(shí)習(xí)基地、完善監(jiān)督機(jī)制、組織文化建設(shè)、人力資源整合。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening - up , the private colleges and universities in our country have seized the opportunity of the shortage of educational resources and developed rapidly and become one of the most important training powers in our country to implement the strategy of the strong nation . However , with the internationalization of the education market and the diversification of educational needs , the privately - run colleges and universities are facing more and more fierce competition . How to deal with the change of the environment , accurately locate and realize the development is an important subject that needs to be studied in private colleges . Yunnan Economic Management Vocational College is the " Yunnan Provincial Model Higher Vocational College " and is the only privately - run university in the provincial exemplary higher vocational colleges . It has certain typical and representative . This paper takes Yunnan Economic Management Vocational College as the research object , collects a lot of data and carries on in - depth investigation on the relevant enterprise strategic management theory . It analyzes and evaluates the external environment and the internal conditions of the college . Finally , this paper puts forward the assurance measures for the college development : optimizing the professional structure , deepening the teaching reform , widening the financing channel , speeding up the capital construction , perfecting the training practice base , perfecting the supervision mechanism , organizing cultural construction and human resources integration .
