【摘要】:近年來(lái),我國(guó)職業(yè)教育事業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,工學(xué)結(jié)合、校企合作、頂崗實(shí)習(xí)的人才培養(yǎng)模式初步確立!秶(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》把提高質(zhì)量作為高等教育改革發(fā)展的核心任務(wù),強(qiáng)調(diào)了質(zhì)量對(duì)于高等教育發(fā)展的重要現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。對(duì)于高職教育來(lái)說(shuō),“十二五”期間改革發(fā)展最核心的任務(wù),最鮮明的特征就是提高質(zhì)量。只有辦出了質(zhì)量和特色,才能讓社會(huì)滿(mǎn)意、讓學(xué)生滿(mǎn)意、讓家長(zhǎng)滿(mǎn)意、讓企業(yè)滿(mǎn)意,才能真正實(shí)現(xiàn)職業(yè)教育的價(jià)值,贏(yíng)得全社會(huì)的尊重和支持。從教學(xué)者的層面來(lái)說(shuō),很多老師存在著較大的誤區(qū),將大學(xué)語(yǔ)文的教學(xué)視為一門(mén)“輕松的課程”,較之專(zhuān)業(yè)課程,教師更容易忽視、更加缺乏對(duì)自己的教學(xué)目標(biāo)的考察和對(duì)教學(xué)效果的反思追問(wèn)。高職語(yǔ)文教育沒(méi)有高考指揮棒的指導(dǎo),也就給予教師更多的教學(xué)改革空間和創(chuàng)造性教學(xué)平臺(tái);出了校門(mén),高職院校的學(xué)生大多都走入第一線(xiàn)的生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)上,實(shí)踐動(dòng)手能力的要求更高,更加迫切需要語(yǔ)文教學(xué)能提高他們的人文素養(yǎng)、語(yǔ)文素質(zhì),提高他們與人交往溝通的能力,適應(yīng)社會(huì)對(duì)實(shí)用性技能型人才的需要,增加自己的就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。語(yǔ)文教育應(yīng)充分發(fā)揮對(duì)學(xué)生語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力(包括筆頭表達(dá)能力和口頭表達(dá)能力)、健全人格塑造、和人文素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)和審美能力的培養(yǎng)等方面的積極作用。中國(guó)正處于高速發(fā)展的時(shí)期,已經(jīng)成為世界第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體。國(guó)家不僅僅需要大量的進(jìn)行知識(shí)創(chuàng)新和創(chuàng)造的科學(xué)家,更需要千千萬(wàn)萬(wàn)將圖紙變成產(chǎn)品,將知識(shí)變成財(cái)富,將技術(shù)變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)實(shí)生產(chǎn)力的高級(jí)技能型人才。要將“中國(guó)制造”變?yōu)椤爸袊?guó)創(chuàng)造’最核心的環(huán)節(jié)之一就是要有大量的技術(shù)型人才推動(dòng)這一轉(zhuǎn)變。正因?yàn)槿绱?國(guó)家高度重視職業(yè)教育。高職院校要培養(yǎng)高技能型人才,這是我們的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),但是不是說(shuō)我們的學(xué)生一輩子都必須是、也只能成為一個(gè)藍(lán)領(lǐng)工人。其實(shí),這種理解也是有失偏頗的。高職教育是高等教育,我們不僅培養(yǎng)技能,也要培養(yǎng)素質(zhì),我們不僅要教育學(xué)生如何做事,也要教育學(xué)生如何做人。很多在學(xué)校里專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)扎實(shí)、動(dòng)手操作能力強(qiáng)的同學(xué),在企業(yè)實(shí)踐中卻遭受挫折。企業(yè)需要的是一個(gè)和諧的團(tuán)隊(duì),而不是一個(gè)只懂一門(mén)技術(shù)的工人。團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作,服從意識(shí),學(xué)習(xí)新的技術(shù)等方面的能力,也離不開(kāi)一個(gè)學(xué)生的人文素養(yǎng)。人文文化和審美意識(shí)的人才培養(yǎng)核心是:樂(lè)業(yè)、敬業(yè)、創(chuàng)業(yè)、創(chuàng)新。在高職院校中,語(yǔ)文教學(xué)要彰顯人文特色,這種人文文化的內(nèi)涵,應(yīng)該包括職業(yè)文化、人文素質(zhì)、審美教育等一系列完整的綜合素質(zhì),我們培養(yǎng)的學(xué)生不是識(shí)字的“農(nóng)民工”、“技術(shù)工”,而是在學(xué)校的學(xué)習(xí)中具有主動(dòng)性和創(chuàng)造性,能自我教育自我管理,具備健全人格,能夠運(yùn)用學(xué)習(xí)的專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)知識(shí)解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題,并有科學(xué)的世界觀(guān)、正確的人生觀(guān)和奉獻(xiàn)的價(jià)值觀(guān)的人。對(duì)于第一線(xiàn)的廣大語(yǔ)文教師來(lái)說(shuō),我們有更強(qiáng)的使命感和責(zé)任感的同時(shí),必須親身參與調(diào)查研究,總結(jié)原因教訓(xùn),找出失誤,進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的調(diào)整和改革。筆者從職業(yè)院校語(yǔ)文教育實(shí)用性教育這個(gè)切入點(diǎn)展開(kāi),延伸到高職院校語(yǔ)文教育的人文性和審美教育領(lǐng)域,進(jìn)行綜合論述。

Teamwork, obedience, technology and other aspects of the new learning ability, also cannot a student of the humanities. The humanistic culture and aesthetic consciousness of the personnel training is the core: the music industry, dedication, entrepreneurship, innovation in higher vocational colleges, Chinese teaching should highlight the cultural characteristics, the connotation of humanistic culture, should include occupation culture, humanistic quality, comprehensive quality of aesthetic education and a series of complete, we the students did not read the "migrant workers", "technology", but has the initiative and creativity of learning in school, can self education and self management, has the perfect personality, able to solve technical knowledge learning use Solve practical problems, and a scientific outlook of the world, giving a correct outlook on life and values of the people.
