【摘要】：民辦高校從無到有、從小到大，隨著隊伍的日益強大，呈現(xiàn)出許多的問題，其中關于民辦高校如何提高教育質量管理的問題已經(jīng)逐漸成為在高等教育領域中值得深究和探討的課題。對此，許多學者展開了一定的研究，其中或多或少都涉及到了教育質量管理的問題，那么，大部分的學者都是從不同的角度對民辦高校的質量進行了研究。 本論文的論證思路分為三步：首先，提出問題。隨著國家對職業(yè)技術教育的重視，近幾年，高等職業(yè)技術學校的發(fā)展規(guī)模也日益壯大，如何在擴大規(guī)模的同時保證質量，是值得深思的。其次，分析問題。論文對浙江廣廈職業(yè)技術學院的教育質量管理進行研究，包括教師管理、學生管理等方面，在對取得成績進行肯定的同時也指出了存在的不足。最后，解決問題。借鑒國內外成功的經(jīng)驗，結合浙江廣廈建設職業(yè)技術學院的實際情況，提出完善的措施。 具體內容包括：第一部分，介紹廣廈學院教育質量管理方面取得的成績。第二部分，提出廣廈建設職業(yè)技術學院在教育質量管理方面存在的不足。第三部分，借鑒臺灣、日本、美國等國內外私立大學教育質量管理的經(jīng)驗。第四部分，在前面三章的基礎上，，結合我國民辦高校教育質量管理的現(xiàn)狀，對構建完善學院的教育質量管理的具體實踐提出自己的觀點和看法。 本文的創(chuàng)新點，首先提出了在高等教育大眾化背景下，民辦高校應該樹立特色質量觀以及服務質量觀；其次，在民辦高校教學質量管理的過程中，不僅僅要強調“教”，根據(jù)生源的特點，也要突出“學”的管理。
[Abstract]:From scratch, from small to large private universities, with the team more powerful, has many problems, including how to improve the quality of education for private universities management has become a worth studying and discussing the topic in the field of higher education. Therefore, many scholars have carried out some research, which are more or less related to education quality management the problem, then, most of the scholars have conducted the research on the quality of private colleges from different angles.
Demonstrate the idea in this paper is divided into three steps: firstly, put forward the problem. Along with the importance of occupation technology education, in recent years, the scale of development of higher occupation technical school is also growing, how to ensure the quality in the same scale, is worth pondering. Secondly, analyze the problem. The paper conducts the research on the Zhejiang Guangsha Career Technical College education quality management, including the management of teachers, student management, the achievements are certainly also pointed out the shortcomings. Finally, to solve the problem. Learn from successful experiences at home and abroad, combining the actual situation of Zhejiang Guangsha College, put forward improvement measures.
The specific contents include: first, have introduced Guangsha College education quality management achievements. The second part puts forward the problems existing in the education quality management of Career Technical College Guangsha construction. In the third part, from Taiwan, Japan, the United States and other domestic and foreign private university education quality management experience. The fourth part, based on the former three chapters last, combined with the present situation of quality management of China's private higher education, to construct perfect practice of education quality management, put forward their own views and opinions.
The innovation of this paper, first put forward in the background of popularization of higher education, private colleges should set up the concept of quality characteristics and quality of service concept; secondly, in the process of quality management in private colleges and universities teaching, not only to emphasize the "teaching", according to the characteristics of students, but also to highlight the "learning" of the management.
