基于綜合學(xué)分制的中職數(shù)控專業(yè)校級(jí)技能達(dá)標(biāo)與鑒定的研究與實(shí)踐

【摘要】:數(shù)控技術(shù)是先進(jìn)制造業(yè)的重要基礎(chǔ)。在先進(jìn)制造業(yè)迅速發(fā)展的背景下,為適應(yīng)社會(huì)的用人需求,數(shù)控專業(yè)教學(xué)不斷改革。2007年浙江省中職數(shù)控專業(yè)新課程改革啟動(dòng)。2009年下半年,浙江省“核心課程+教學(xué)項(xiàng)目”課程新模式在全省正式展開(kāi)。與此同時(shí),綜合學(xué)分制正在溫州市各中職學(xué)校如火如荼地開(kāi)展。職業(yè)教育“以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向,以服務(wù)為宗旨”。因此,在這些改革之中,如何實(shí)現(xiàn)技能實(shí)訓(xùn)課的有效教學(xué)就成了首當(dāng)其沖的課題。 為實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)控專業(yè)技能實(shí)訓(xùn)課的有效教學(xué),本論文結(jié)合浙江省新課程改革和溫州市綜合學(xué)分制,提出了校級(jí)技能鑒定與達(dá)標(biāo)。本課題主要從兩個(gè)方面展開(kāi)研究,分別是:基于教學(xué)項(xiàng)目的校級(jí)技能標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的研究和基于綜合學(xué)分制的校級(jí)技能達(dá)標(biāo)與鑒定的實(shí)踐研究。 1.在基于教學(xué)項(xiàng)目的校級(jí)技能標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研究方面,本論文首先分析了勞動(dòng)部門技能標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。針對(duì)勞動(dòng)部門技能標(biāo)準(zhǔn)存在的問(wèn)題,本文提出來(lái)校級(jí)技能標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)該遵循的方向。同時(shí),,本論文還分析了浙江省數(shù)控專業(yè)新課程改革的新課標(biāo)。結(jié)合勞動(dòng)部門的技能標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和省新課標(biāo),本論文對(duì)車工、鉗工、數(shù)車和數(shù)銑四個(gè)核心技能課程的校級(jí)技能量化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行了研究。 2.在基于綜合學(xué)分制的校級(jí)技能達(dá)標(biāo)與鑒定的實(shí)踐研究方面,本論文首先解讀了溫州市綜合學(xué)分制中的技能學(xué)分政策。根據(jù)綜合學(xué)分制,結(jié)合省數(shù)控專業(yè)新課標(biāo)中四種技能課程的課時(shí)分配情況,本論文將綜合學(xué)分制中的200技能學(xué)分分別分配到各技能工種的各教學(xué)項(xiàng)目、教學(xué)任務(wù)。通過(guò)技能學(xué)分分配,結(jié)合校級(jí)技能量化標(biāo)準(zhǔn),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了技能教學(xué)落實(shí)到每一堂課、每一個(gè)教學(xué)項(xiàng)目、每一個(gè)教學(xué)任務(wù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了技能的有效教學(xué)。 3.在對(duì)技能量化達(dá)標(biāo)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本研究還將相關(guān)的研究成果在實(shí)際教學(xué)中進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)。通過(guò)教學(xué)試驗(yàn)實(shí)踐,相關(guān)的成果在實(shí)際教學(xué)中取得了良好的效果。 總之,本課題的研究與實(shí)踐構(gòu)建了數(shù)控專業(yè)技能教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),優(yōu)化了學(xué)生綜合評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制,提高了技能教學(xué)的有效性,推進(jìn)了數(shù)控專業(yè)課改的實(shí)效性,為綜合學(xué)分制下的中職數(shù)控專業(yè)技能教學(xué)提供了可操作性的評(píng)價(jià)方案,具有很強(qiáng)的指導(dǎo)意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Numerical control technology is an important foundation of advanced manufacturing industry. In the context of rapid development of advanced manufacturing industry, to meet the needs of society. In 2007, the new curriculum reform of numerical control major in secondary vocational school of Zhejiang Province started. The second half of 2009. Zhejiang Province "Core Curriculum Teaching Project" curriculum model is officially launched in the province. At the same time, the comprehensive credit system is in full swing in various secondary vocational schools in Wenzhou. Vocational education is employment-oriented. Therefore, in these reforms, how to realize the effective teaching of practical skill training has become the most important task. In order to realize the effective teaching of the practical training course of numerical control specialty, this paper combines the new curriculum reform of Zhejiang Province and the comprehensive credit system of Wenzhou City, and puts forward the appraisal and standard of the school level skills. This subject mainly carries out the research from two aspects. They are: the research of school level skill standard based on teaching project and the practice research of school level skill standard and appraisal based on comprehensive credit system. 1. In the aspect of schoollevel skill standard research based on teaching project, this paper first analyzes the skill standard of labor department, aiming at the problems existing in the skill standard of labor department. At the same time, this paper also analyzes the new curriculum standard of the new curriculum reform of numerical control major in Zhejiang Province. Combined with the skill standard of labor department and the new curriculum standard of province, this paper makes an analysis on the lathe workers. The school level skill quantification standards of the four core skill courses of fitter, car-counting and digital milling were studied. 2. In the aspect of the practical research of the school level skill standard and appraisal based on the comprehensive credit system, this paper first interprets the skill credit policy in the comprehensive credit system of Wenzhou city, according to the comprehensive credit system. Combined with the distribution of the four kinds of skill courses in the new curriculum standard of provincial numerical control specialty, this paper distributes 200 skills credits in the comprehensive credit system to the teaching items of each skill type. The teaching task. Through the skill credit allocation and the school level skill quantification standard, the skill teaching has realized each class, each teaching item, each teaching task, has realized the skill effective teaching. 3. On the basis of the research on the quantitative standard of skills, this study also carries on the experiment in the actual teaching, through the teaching experiment practice. The related results have achieved good results in practical teaching. In a word, the research and practice of this subject constructs the evaluation index of NC specialty skill teaching, optimizes the comprehensive evaluation mechanism of students, improves the effectiveness of skill teaching, and promotes the effectiveness of NC specialty curriculum reform. It provides an operable evaluation scheme for NC professional skill teaching in secondary vocational school under the comprehensive credit system, which has strong guiding significance and practical value.
