【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,對(duì)于高素質(zhì)勞動(dòng)者的需求越來越多。中等職業(yè)學(xué)校肩負(fù)著為社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)培訓(xùn)大量的專門人才和高素質(zhì)勞動(dòng)者的重要任務(wù)。中等職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展,教師是關(guān)鍵,是根本；全面提高職業(yè)教育的教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量,關(guān)鍵在于建設(shè)一支適應(yīng)社會(huì)需要的高素質(zhì)的教師隊(duì)伍。近年來,對(duì)于中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的研究已有很多,也取得了一定的成果。但是具體到眉山市中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀的研究卻未曾涉及。筆者就此問題對(duì)走訪眉山市教育局,對(duì)6所中等職業(yè)學(xué)校校進(jìn)行了針對(duì)性較強(qiáng)的調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)目前眉山市中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀還不能適應(yīng)中職教育面向21世紀(jì)改革和發(fā)展的需要,這必將制約眉山職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展和改革。同時(shí)筆者針對(duì)調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行了思考,并提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,以供眉山市中職教育相關(guān)人員及研究者有所參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy. Secondary vocational schools are shouldering the important task of training a large number of specialized talents and high-quality workers for the socialist modernization drive and the development of secondary vocational education. The teacher is the key, is the fundamental; In order to improve the quality of education and teaching in vocational education, the key lies in building a high-quality teaching team to meet the needs of the society. In recent years, there have been a lot of researches on the construction of teachers' ranks in secondary vocational schools. But to Meishan secondary vocational school teachers of the status quo has not been involved. The author of this issue to visit Meishan City Bureau of Education. Through the investigation of 6 secondary vocational schools, it is found that the current situation of teachers' construction in Meishan secondary vocational schools can not meet the needs of the reform and development of secondary vocational education in 21th century. This will restrict the development and reform of vocational education in Meishan. At the same time, the author thinks about the problems found in the investigation, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, in order to provide reference for the relevant personnel and researchers of secondary vocational education in Meishan City.
