【摘要】：在京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展國家戰(zhàn)略背景下,京津冀共建共享天津自貿(mào)區(qū)無疑會(huì)促進(jìn)京津冀區(qū)域的整體發(fā)展。上海自貿(mào)區(qū)實(shí)踐證明,自貿(mào)區(qū)的建設(shè)發(fā)展對長三角區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展起到了積極的促進(jìn)作用�？梢灶A(yù)見,天津自貿(mào)區(qū)的成立將是推動(dòng)京津冀區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展的重要契機(jī)和助力。要實(shí)現(xiàn)這個(gè)預(yù)期,在尋找體制改革和機(jī)制創(chuàng)新突破口的同時(shí),還要整合京津冀三方"政行企校研"資源,積極探索天津自貿(mào)區(qū)技能操作型人才培養(yǎng)的有效途徑,為把天津自貿(mào)區(qū)打造成京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展的共享平臺(tái)、試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)和示范平臺(tái)做好人才儲(chǔ)備。本文在調(diào)研京津冀共享自貿(mào)區(qū)發(fā)展中人才供需問題的基礎(chǔ)上,對京津冀區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展視角下的高等職業(yè)教育協(xié)同發(fā)展問題進(jìn)行研究,力尋京津冀職業(yè)教育資源一體化形勢下天津自貿(mào)區(qū)技能操作型人才培養(yǎng)的途徑,為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供智力支撐。
[Abstract]:Under the background of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei coordinated development of national strategy, the establishment and sharing of Tianjin Free Trade Zone will undoubtedly promote the overall development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The construction and development of the free trade area has played a positive role in promoting the coordinated development of regional economy in the Yangtze River Delta. The establishment of Tianjin Free Trade Zone will be an important opportunity and help to promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional economy. In order to realize this expectation, we should look for a breakthrough in system reform and mechanism innovation at the same time. It is also necessary to integrate the resources of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei "government, bank, enterprise, school and research", and actively explore the effective ways of cultivating skilled and operation-oriented talents in Tianjin Free Trade Zone, so as to build Tianjin Free Trade area into a shared platform for the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. The experiment platform and demonstration platform make a good talent reserve. This paper investigates the supply and demand of talents in the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Free Trade Zone. This paper studies the cooperative development of higher vocational education from the perspective of regional economic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and tries to find the way to train skilled and operational talents in Tianjin Free Trade area under the situation of integration of resources of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei vocational education. To provide intellectual support for regional economic development.
