職業(yè)教育發(fā)端與發(fā)展的邏輯辨析

【摘要】:職業(yè)教育產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展的邏輯向來有技術(shù)理性與人文理性、工具理性與價(jià)值理性、科技文化與人文文化等不同角度的爭(zhēng)論,其爭(zhēng)論又對(duì)職業(yè)教育政策供給、學(xué)校管理理念、教育教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)等產(chǎn)生重大影響。職業(yè)教育是教育的一種類型,因此,如果用"白馬非馬"的思維方式將之從培養(yǎng)人的大教育中剝離出來,并過于強(qiáng)調(diào)用技術(shù)和工具價(jià)值去審視,既不符合職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的歷史實(shí)際,又不符合職業(yè)教育受教育者的根本利益。在中國(guó)現(xiàn)實(shí)背景下,必須用技術(shù)理性與人文理性、工具理性與價(jià)值理性相結(jié)合的方式來考量職業(yè)教育,并據(jù)此采取促進(jìn)職業(yè)教育健康發(fā)展的諸多措施。
[Abstract]:The logic of the emergence and development of vocational education has always been technical rationality and humanistic reason, tool rationality and value rationality, science and technology culture and humanities culture and other different angles of argument, and its argument to vocational education policy supply. Vocational education is a type of education. Therefore, if we use the thinking mode of "white horse is not horse", we can separate it from the education of training people. And too much emphasis on the value of technology and tools to examine, it is not in line with the historical reality of the development of vocational education, and not in line with the fundamental interests of vocational education educatees, in the context of China's reality. Vocational education must be considered by the combination of technical rationality and humanistic rationality, instrumental rationality and value rationality, and many measures should be taken to promote the healthy development of vocational education.

【正文快照】: 作為與經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展關(guān)系最為密切的教育類型,職業(yè)教育產(chǎn)生于政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)甚至是軍事發(fā)展的呼喚。在長(zhǎng)期的發(fā)展過程中,職業(yè)教育實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展和勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)變動(dòng)的靈敏反應(yīng),也逐漸推動(dòng)自身的由小到大,由弱到強(qiáng)。但是,即使在當(dāng)下,職業(yè)教育究竟應(yīng)該首先堅(jiān)持工具理性還是價(jià)值理
