【摘要】:目前,高職人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量難以滿足社會需求,與之相應(yīng)的師資隊伍很難適應(yīng)這種變化,其根源在于高職院校缺乏與市場發(fā)展相銜接的改革和創(chuàng)新。從供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革深刻的內(nèi)涵和科學(xué)的邏輯出發(fā),樹立對高職的師資隊伍進行結(jié)構(gòu)性開發(fā)的革新理念,明確結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的方向和任務(wù),對教師資源進行有效的戰(zhàn)略性開發(fā),構(gòu)建適應(yīng)性和靈活性都較強的管理系統(tǒng)是提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量、滿足勞動力市場各項需求的有效途徑,也是解決區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展過程中勞動力"滯脹"現(xiàn)象的有效對策。
[Abstract]:At present, the quality of talents training in higher vocational colleges is difficult to meet the needs of the society, and it is difficult for the corresponding teachers to adapt to this change. Its root lies in the lack of reform and innovation which is connected with the development of the market. The profound connotation and scientific logic of the supply-side structural reform are considered. Set up the innovation idea of structural development to the teachers of higher vocational education, clear the direction and task of structural reform, and carry on the effective strategic development to the teacher resources. Building a management system with strong adaptability and flexibility is an effective way to improve the quality of personnel training and meet the needs of the labor market. It is also an effective countermeasure to solve the phenomenon of stagflation in the process of regional economic development.
