高職生通用技能培養(yǎng)課程策略研究

【摘要】:后工業(yè)社會呈現(xiàn)出新的時代特征,勞動與就業(yè)部門的變化對勞動者的素質(zhì)提出了新的要求。與此同時,我國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式的轉(zhuǎn)變對從業(yè)者素質(zhì)提出了更高要求。而技術(shù)技能型專門人才的勞動力素質(zhì)與現(xiàn)實(shí)需求的缺位必將成為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的阻礙因素。針對國際上和我國對勞動者素質(zhì)的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求以及當(dāng)前我國高職生通用技能缺失的現(xiàn)實(shí)困境,試圖探索培養(yǎng)高職生通用技能的實(shí)踐改革已迫在眉睫。因此,本論文從課程策略入手,探索高職生通用技能培養(yǎng)的實(shí)踐。本論文共分五章: 第一章緒論 介紹研究背景、研究意義、相關(guān)概念界定、已有研究成果、研究方法、技術(shù)路線等。 第二章高職生通用技能培養(yǎng)的學(xué)理探討 首先,通過文獻(xiàn)分析論證通用技能的重要性,并分析高職生通用技能的現(xiàn)狀;其次,分析我國高職生通用技能的特殊性,同時結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)分析對高職生通用技能的內(nèi)容框架做出劃分。本研究對高職生通用技能內(nèi)容框架的劃分給出了兩個維度:一是根據(jù)通用技能個體性與情境化程度的特征;二是根據(jù)常規(guī)性或非常規(guī)性職業(yè)活動的性質(zhì)。最后,分析高職生通用技能培養(yǎng)的可行性。借鑒文獻(xiàn)分析通用技能與課程的關(guān)聯(lián)性,并對現(xiàn)有的傳統(tǒng)課程的局限做出分析,提出可能的課程策略或方法。 第三章我國高職生通用技能培養(yǎng)課程問題分析 根據(jù)高職生通用技能內(nèi)容框架的劃分,分別選取案例進(jìn)行比較。比較維度主要從課程內(nèi)容與課程組織形式分別選取,如課程目的、對通用技能的關(guān)注、知識的特點(diǎn)、內(nèi)容與專業(yè)相關(guān)性、課程的表現(xiàn)形式、課程的組織邏輯、知識的編排形式等。最后,通過比較總結(jié)出我國高職生通用技能培養(yǎng)課程的主要問題,即通用技能課程的學(xué)問化與技能化傾向的兩種極端。 第四章高職生通用技能培養(yǎng)課程實(shí)踐策略 通過對我國高職生通用技能培養(yǎng)課程的主要問題分析,從課程內(nèi)容的選擇與課程的組織形式兩方面提出高職生通用技能培養(yǎng)課程的實(shí)踐策略。課程內(nèi)容方面,分析選取“知識”的主要原則,即要關(guān)注知識的“情境性”、“可遷移性”,知識的選擇“在寬不在!,同時還要注意區(qū)分不同的知識類型;課程組織形式方面,則主要從不同環(huán)境、知識的位置、遷移的實(shí)質(zhì)三個方面進(jìn)行分析。第一,個體性的通用技能與情境化的通用技能所側(cè)重的發(fā)展環(huán)境不同;第二,通用技能中的知識組織不能完全擺脫學(xué)科,還是要圍繞特定的學(xué)科內(nèi)容;第三,課程中的活動設(shè)計要依據(jù)遷移的實(shí)質(zhì),要設(shè)計具有工作意義的情境幫助學(xué)生形成新的知識和技能。 第五章結(jié)論 總結(jié)本文的主要研究結(jié)論,并提出未來的研究課題。
[Abstract]:After the industrial society is showing the new features of the times, put forward the new requirements of quality change in labor and employment departments for workers. At the same time, the upgrading of China's industrial structure, change the mode of economic growth has put forward higher requirements on the quality of practitioners and will lack of technical skills. It is specialized labor quality and practical needs become an obstacle to the transformation of economic development mode. According to the international and China's actual demand on the quality of the laborers and reality of the plight of the current higher vocational students lack of general skills, trying to explore the general skills training has been imminent reform of higher vocational college students. Therefore, this thesis starts from curriculum strategies, exploration practice the present thesis consists of five chapters:
Chapter 1 Introduction
It introduces research background, research significance, definition of related concepts, existing research results, research methods, technical route, and so on.
The second chapter study on the general skills training of Higher Vocational Students
First of all, demonstrate the significance of generic skills of literature, and analysis of the current situation of generic skills of higher vocational students; secondly, analysis the particularity of China's higher vocational students of general skills, combined with literature analysis division of the content framework of generic skills of higher vocational students. In this study, the two dimensions of the partition are given general skills framework of higher vocational students one is: according to the characteristics of general skills of individual and situational level; two is based on the properties of conventional or unconventional occupation activities. Finally, the feasibility analysis of generic skills of higher vocational school students training. From the related literature analysis of general skills and curriculum, and the limitation of the traditional curriculum and make analysis, put forward the curriculum strategy or method.
The third chapter analysis of the general skills training course for higher vocational students in China
According to the division of general skills framework of higher vocational students, respectively, selected cases were compared. The comparison dimension mainly from the course content and the curriculum organization were selected, such as curriculum objective, the focus on generic skills, knowledge of the characteristics, contents and related professional courses, form of organization, logic curriculum, knowledge arrangement etc. Finally, summed up the main problems by comparing the training course of generic skills of Higher Vocational Education in China, the two extreme general skills course knowledge and skill tendency.
The fourth chapter practice strategy of general skill training course for Higher Vocational Students
Through to our country vocational college students' generic skills cultivation analysis of main problems of the curriculum, and curriculum from the curriculum content organization form two aspects of the training practice course of generic skills of higher vocational students. The curriculum content, analysis and selection of "principles for knowledge", that is to pay attention to the knowledge of "situation", "migration" the choice of knowledge "in the wide is not special, but also pay attention to distinguish between different types of knowledge; curriculum organization form, mainly from the different environment, the location of knowledge, the essence of the three aspects of migration were analyzed. First, the environment for the development of generic skills and situational individuality focused on generic skills different; second, generic skills in knowledge organization can not completely get rid of the subject, still have to focus on the specific subject matter; third, according to the essence of transfer activities in the course of design, to design A working situation helps students to form new knowledge and skills.
The fifth chapter conclusion
The main conclusions of this paper are summarized, and the future research topics are put forward.
