【摘要】： 在大學(xué)生就業(yè)難的形勢下,高職院校學(xué)生就業(yè)更加困難。為什么高職院校學(xué)生就業(yè)這么難?除了外部因素外,高職院校就業(yè)觀教育存在的問題也是導(dǎo)致學(xué)生不能順利就業(yè)的一個(gè)重要原因。高等職業(yè)教育已經(jīng)成為我國高等教育的重要組成部分,高職院校畢業(yè)生在經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)中發(fā)揮越來越獨(dú)特的作用。高職院校學(xué)生就業(yè)順利與否直接影響到學(xué)生、學(xué)校、家庭、國家以及社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定和發(fā)展。因此,高職院校加強(qiáng)學(xué)生就業(yè)觀教育,教會(huì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)、就業(yè)以及正確認(rèn)識(shí)職業(yè)與個(gè)人、職業(yè)與社會(huì)的相互關(guān)系,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 基于上述情況,本研究立足于系統(tǒng)論的觀點(diǎn),以就業(yè)觀為切入點(diǎn),采用定量研究與定性研究相結(jié)合的方法,調(diào)查了我省部分高職院校學(xué)生就業(yè)觀現(xiàn)狀、分析了高職院校學(xué)生就業(yè)觀的特點(diǎn),提出了高職院校加強(qiáng)學(xué)生就業(yè)觀教育的基本內(nèi)容和基本途徑。期望通過本研究來提高人們對高職院校加強(qiáng)學(xué)生就業(yè)觀教育重要性的認(rèn)識(shí),促進(jìn)高等職業(yè)教育健康和諧發(fā)展,促進(jìn)學(xué)生成人成才成功。 本研究的主要內(nèi)容分為四個(gè)部分。第一部分是高職院校加強(qiáng)學(xué)生就業(yè)觀教育必要性的研究,著重分析了就業(yè)觀教育與高職院校辦學(xué)理念的關(guān)系、就業(yè)觀教育與高職院校教學(xué)改革的關(guān)系、就業(yè)觀教育與高職院校學(xué)生成長成才的關(guān)系、就業(yè)觀教育與社會(huì)和諧發(fā)展的關(guān)系。 第二部分是高職院校學(xué)生就業(yè)觀的特點(diǎn)研究,在研究部分高職院校學(xué)生問卷調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了高職院校學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀、職業(yè)苦樂觀、創(chuàng)業(yè)觀的特點(diǎn)。 第三部分為高職院校學(xué)生就業(yè)觀教育的基本內(nèi)容研究。研究職業(yè)價(jià)值觀、職業(yè)苦樂觀、創(chuàng)業(yè)觀教育的基本內(nèi)容。 第四部分為高職院校加強(qiáng)學(xué)生就業(yè)觀教育的基本途徑研究。研究認(rèn)為,把就業(yè)觀教育滲透到課堂教學(xué)中去,設(shè)計(jì)豐富多彩的就業(yè)觀的實(shí)踐活動(dòng),加強(qiáng)學(xué)生就業(yè)觀教育的實(shí)施主體建設(shè),是高職院校加強(qiáng)學(xué)生就業(yè)觀教育的基本途徑。
[Abstract]:It is more difficult for students in higher vocational colleges to obtain employment under the situation of difficult employment of students. Why is it so difficult for students in higher vocational colleges to obtain employment? Besides external factors, the problem of employment view education in higher vocational colleges is also an important reason why students can not obtain employment smoothly. Higher vocational education has become an important part of higher education in our country. Graduates of higher vocational colleges play a more and more unique role in the economic construction. The smooth employment of vocational college students directly affects the stability and development of students, schools, families, countries and society. It is of great practical significance for higher vocational colleges to strengthen the education of students' view of employment, to teach students to study, to obtain employment and to correctly understand the relationship between occupation and individual, occupation and society. Based on the above situation, this research is based on the viewpoint of system theory, taking the employment view as the breakthrough point, using the method of combining quantitative research and qualitative research, investigating the present situation of the employment view of some vocational college students in our province. This paper analyzes the characteristics of vocational college students' view of employment. This paper puts forward the basic contents and approaches of strengthening the education of students' employment concept in higher vocational colleges and hopes that through this research people's understanding of the importance of strengthening students' employment outlook education in higher vocational colleges will be enhanced. Promote the healthy and harmonious development of higher vocational education, promote the success of adult students. The main content of this study is divided into four parts. The first part is the study of the necessity of strengthening students' employment concept education in higher vocational colleges, focusing on the analysis of the relationship between employment concept education and the idea of running a school in higher vocational colleges. The relationship between employment view education and teaching reform in higher vocational colleges, the relationship between employment view education and the growth and development of students in higher vocational colleges, and the relationship between employment outlook education and the harmonious development of society. The second part is the characteristics of vocational college students' view of employment. On the basis of the research of part of the vocational college students' questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the characteristics of vocational values, career optimism and entrepreneurship view of vocational college students. The third part is the research on the basic content of the vocational education of vocational college students, the study of vocational values, career optimism, the basic content of entrepreneurship education. The 4th part is the basic research on how to strengthen the students' employment view education in higher vocational colleges. The study holds that the employment view education should be infiltrated into the classroom teaching and the rich and colorful practical activities of the employment concept should be designed. Strengthening the main body construction of the students' employment view education is the basic way to strengthen the students' employment view education in higher vocational colleges.
