【摘要】:隨著我國高等教育的改革和發(fā)展,高等職業(yè)學(xué)校教師隊伍建設(shè)問題已成為學(xué)校進一步發(fā)展的一個重要課題,為了建設(shè)高素質(zhì)的高職院校教師隊伍,逐步建立和完善高職院校教師績效評估系統(tǒng)具有非常重要的意義。論文針對我國目前高職教師績效考核存在的問題提出解決措施,討論科學(xué)合理的高職教師績效考核指標體系設(shè)計和績效考核系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)過程。論文結(jié)合高職教師自身特點以及高職教師績效考核特點,描述了我國高職教師績效考核現(xiàn)狀和國外教師績效考核概況,同時,詳細闡述了我國高職教師績效考核存在的問題及其原因。論文全面分析了目前高等職業(yè)學(xué)校教師績效考核的過程與評價方法,從績效考核原則、考核內(nèi)容、考核方式和考核結(jié)果的使用等方面指出了目前績效考核中存在的主要問題,確定了高職院校的績效考核評價主體及評價內(nèi)容。論文闡述了層次分析法理論及其對績效考核指標構(gòu)建的指導(dǎo)意義,討論了績效考核的功能和原則,利用層次分析法建立了績效考核的數(shù)學(xué)模型,討論了績效考核結(jié)果的計算方法,給出了評價主體權(quán)重的確定過程,設(shè)計出了教師績效考核系統(tǒng)的總體功能結(jié)構(gòu),設(shè)計出了績效考核系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫邏輯模型。論文給出了績效考核系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)過程,詳細描述了SSH技術(shù),給出了SSH框架實現(xiàn)的過程,設(shè)計出了績效考核基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)、考核指標、績效考核層次模型、判斷矩陣、考核指標權(quán)重計算結(jié)果和績效考核等系統(tǒng)主要功能。論文從定性分析出發(fā),在堅持科學(xué)性和從實際出發(fā)為原則的基礎(chǔ)上,在綜合考慮高職教師特點的基礎(chǔ)上,建構(gòu)了高職教師績效考核體系,從多層面分析高職院校教師的工作績效過程,構(gòu)建適應(yīng)于高職教師、反映高等職業(yè)教育特點的教師績效評價體系和績效考核系統(tǒng)。解決了人工確定指標權(quán)重的不合理性和不正確性,使得績效考核指標權(quán)重的設(shè)計具有科學(xué)性,系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了從考核工作開始到結(jié)束、教師自評、同行評價、學(xué)?己说娜婢C合績效考核系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)了績效考核的標準化、科學(xué)化、人性化和信息化管理,極大提高了人事工作的效率和績效考核結(jié)果的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the reform and development of higher education in China, the construction of teaching staff in higher occupation school has become an important topic for the further development of the school, to the construction of high-quality teachers in higher vocational colleges, and gradually establish and perfect has a very important significance for Higher Vocational College Teachers' performance evaluation system. The thesis focuses on the present higher vocational college teachers performance appraisal put forward the measures to solve the problem, discussed the implementation process of Higher Vocational Teachers' scientific and reasonable performance evaluation index system design and performance evaluation system. Combining with the characteristics of higher vocational teachers and higher vocational teachers' performance evaluation, describes the current situation of performance appraisal of higher vocational teachers and foreign teachers' performance appraisal situation, at the same time, describes the existing performance evaluation of higher vocational college teachers I the problems and their causes. The thesis analyzes comprehensively the present higher occupation school teacher performance appraisal The process and method of evaluation, evaluation content from the performance appraisal principles, assessment methods and assessment results of the use of pointed out the main problems existing in performance evaluation, the performance evaluation and assessment of the main contents of higher vocational colleges. This paper expounds the AHP theory and the construction of performance evaluation index guiding significance and discusses the functions and principles of performance appraisal, AHP mathematical model has been set up performance appraisal method, discusses the calculation method of performance appraisal results, gives the evaluation process to determine the weights of the subject, designed the overall functional structure of teachers' performance evaluation system, design a database logic model of performance assessment system of the. Presents the implementation of performance assessment system, a detailed description of the SSH technology, the SSH framework is designed based on data of performance appraisal, The evaluation index, performance evaluation level model, judgment matrix, calculation results and main functions of performance appraisal system of assessment indicators. This paper starting from the qualitative analysis, based on scientific and starting from the actual principle, based on comprehensive consideration of the characteristics of higher vocational teachers, construct the performance evaluation system of Higher Vocational Teachers, analysis the performance of teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges from the aspects of construction of the higher vocational teachers, reflect the characteristics of higher occupation education teacher performance evaluation system and performance appraisal system. To solve the artificial index weights is irrational and not correct, the design of the performance evaluation index weight is scientific, system from the implementation of the assessment work started to the end, the teachers' self-evaluation, peer evaluation, school assessment of the comprehensive performance appraisal system, the implementation of performance appraisal standard, scientific, humane and The information management has greatly improved the efficiency of the personnel work and the effectiveness of the results of performance assessment.
