【摘要】:自2002年《國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于大力推進(jìn)職業(yè)教育改革與發(fā)展的決定》政策下發(fā)以來(lái),我國(guó)職業(yè)教育在近10年之中已有很大的發(fā)展,主要表現(xiàn)在職業(yè)教育的教育規(guī)模日益壯大,教育規(guī)模效益的明顯提高以及國(guó)家、地方對(duì)職業(yè)教育財(cái)政的投入力度的加大上。其中,中等職業(yè)教育最為近年來(lái)職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的重點(diǎn),并在此三方面表現(xiàn)的更為突出。然而,不斷擴(kuò)大的中職教育規(guī)模、不斷壯大的中職學(xué)校招生規(guī)模以及不斷增長(zhǎng)的中職學(xué)校數(shù)量勢(shì)必會(huì)使得更多數(shù)量的中職生面臨未來(lái)嚴(yán)峻的就業(yè)與職業(yè)選擇問(wèn)題。因此,中職學(xué)生的職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展、職業(yè)規(guī)劃與指導(dǎo)工作顯得尤為突出與重要。而中職生的職業(yè)意向是其進(jìn)行何種職業(yè)規(guī)劃與選擇的初始動(dòng)力,正確的職業(yè)意向有助于中職生順利開展自己的職業(yè)抉擇。具體來(lái)講,中職生做到正確認(rèn)知自己,把握客觀的職業(yè)世界,對(duì)自己職業(yè)發(fā)展提出合理要求,并愿意積極、樂(lè)觀的投入到職業(yè)選擇的過(guò)程中直接有助于其職業(yè)生涯的順利發(fā)展。 正確職業(yè)意向的培養(yǎng)與形成并非僅是學(xué)校的任務(wù),而是家庭、學(xué)校、社會(huì)三者共同的責(zé)任,本研究筆者特從家庭角度出發(fā),將家庭的不同自變量因素對(duì)中職生職業(yè)意向的差異影響狀況作為整體調(diào)查研究的主線,并根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行結(jié)論歸結(jié)、問(wèn)題的提出與原因分析,最后展開進(jìn)一步的問(wèn)題對(duì)策探討與相關(guān)建議提出,以期研究結(jié)果與原因分析以及相關(guān)的建議探討能夠?qū)δ壳爸新毶殬I(yè)生涯發(fā)展的研究與實(shí)際工作有所幫助。 本研究基于以往有關(guān)職業(yè)選擇與生涯規(guī)劃的理論與實(shí)證研究、筆者對(duì)中職學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、教師、學(xué)生、家長(zhǎng)的開放式訪談,自編問(wèn)卷《中職生職業(yè)意向的家庭因素分析問(wèn)卷》,在對(duì)問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行信效度檢驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,從家庭教養(yǎng)方式、經(jīng)濟(jì)收入、家長(zhǎng)學(xué)歷水平、家長(zhǎng)職業(yè)性質(zhì)(社會(huì)地位)、家庭所在地域五個(gè)方面對(duì)中職生的職業(yè)意向在職業(yè)自我認(rèn)知、職業(yè)世界認(rèn)知、職業(yè)發(fā)展要求、職業(yè)決策投入度四個(gè)層面上的因素內(nèi)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀與差異分析,研究所得的結(jié)論主要有:1.不同家庭變量下中職生的職業(yè)意向均存在差異。2.不同家庭變量與中職生職業(yè)意向的交叉表統(tǒng)計(jì)與獨(dú)立樣本檢驗(yàn)統(tǒng)整分析結(jié)論有:處于相對(duì)發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的、家庭收入較低但父母學(xué)歷較高的民主型官員家庭類型下的中職生具備有更高、更為明確的職業(yè)意向。3.從家庭角度進(jìn)行對(duì)策建設(shè),是提高中職生職業(yè)意向的重要途徑之一。 針對(duì)調(diào)查研究所得結(jié)論,筆者特從家庭角度進(jìn)行原因與對(duì)策探討,主要建議有:1.提高家長(zhǎng)對(duì)子女職業(yè)意向影響的重視度,途徑有政府政策的制定、宣傳工作的大力加強(qiáng),法律對(duì)家長(zhǎng)權(quán)利與義務(wù)的的完善制定,社會(huì)媒體力量的影響等。2.增強(qiáng)家長(zhǎng)的家教素養(yǎng),包括民主型家庭氛圍的形成,家長(zhǎng)善于發(fā)掘、引導(dǎo)孩子興趣等。3.提升家長(zhǎng)的職業(yè)素養(yǎng),包括正確職業(yè)意向的形成與積極職業(yè)行為的榜樣影響。4.家庭、學(xué)校、社區(qū)三者相互聯(lián)系、形成統(tǒng)一氛圍,如家校在各個(gè)層面上的合作,社會(huì)(社區(qū))在家教培訓(xùn)上的系統(tǒng)化支持。
[Abstract]:Since 2002, "State Council on promoting occupation education reform and development of the decision policy > has been issued, China's occupation education has great development in the past 10 years, mainly growing in the occupation education scale, improve education scale and country, investment in occupation of the education finance increase. Among them, the most important occupation education development in recent years is medium occupation education, and on the three aspects of the performance of the more prominent. However, expanding the scale of secondary vocational education, secondary vocational school enrollment scale expanding and growing number of secondary vocational schools is bound to make a greater number of secondary vocational school students faced the grim future employment and occupation selection problem. Therefore, the secondary vocational students occupation career development, occupation planning and guidance work is particularly prominent and important. While the secondary vocational students occupation to be What the occupation planning and selection of the initial power, the correct occupation intention helps students to successfully carry out occupation choice of their own. Specifically, vocational students correct their perception of the occupation, grasp the objective world, put forward the reasonable requirements of their occupation development, and is willing to actively, optimistic to the smooth development of occupation selection process the directly contribute to their occupation career.
Cultivate correct occupation intention and formation is not only the task of the school, but the family, school, society of the three common responsibility, the author of this paper from the perspective of the family, will affect different independent variables factors of family differences of occupation intention of vocational students as a whole transfer line of investigation and study, and make conclusions according to the survey the results of analysis of the cause of the problem, finally, countermeasures for further discussion on and put forward relevant suggestions, to analyze the results and reasons and relevant suggestions on research and practical work to the current vocational students occupation career development help.
This study is based on previous occupation selection and career planning theory and empirical research, the author of the secondary vocational school leaders, teachers, students, open interviews with parents, family factors questionnaire < vocational students occupation intention analysis questionnaire >, based on the test of the validity of the questionnaire, from the way of family education, economic income parents, parents education level, occupation (social status), family location on the five aspects of the secondary vocational students occupation occupation intention in self cognition, cognitive world occupation, occupation development, occupation status and differences of investment decision analysis factors of four aspects of the research, the main conclusions are: the cross table statistical differences of.2. in different occupation intention family variables and secondary vocational school students with independent sample test integration analysis conclusions there were 1. secondary vocational school students of different family variables under occupation intention: in phase For the developed areas, family members with lower family income but higher education level of Democratic officials have higher and clearer occupational intentions..3., from family perspective, is an important way to improve vocational career intentions of secondary vocational school students.
According to the research conclusions, the author carried out from the perspective of family reasons and Countermeasures of the main recommendations are: 1., improve the effect of parents' occupation intention of the importance, approaches the formulation of government policy, vigorously strengthen the propaganda work of parents, legal rights and obligations of the perfect formulation, the power of social media impact.2. enhance parents tutor literacy, including the formation of democratic family atmosphere, parents discover, guide children in.3. to enhance the parents' occupation accomplishment, including correct occupation intention and positive behavior of the example of the.4. occupation family, school, community three interrelated, form a unified atmosphere of cooperation at all levels such as school and Society (community) systematic support in tutor training.
