蘇州市高職院校學(xué)生營養(yǎng)與膳食教育效果評價

【摘要】:目的分析營養(yǎng)教育前后蘇州市大學(xué)生的營養(yǎng)知識、態(tài)度、食物選擇差異,為制定改善大學(xué)生營養(yǎng)和健康狀況策略提供依據(jù)。方法整群抽取蘇州市2所高職院校的在校大學(xué)生1 029名,通過課堂教學(xué)進行營養(yǎng)教育,并在教育前后分別對學(xué)生進行問卷調(diào)查,分析營養(yǎng)教育對大學(xué)生營養(yǎng)知識、態(tài)度、食物選擇的作用。結(jié)果營養(yǎng)教育后大學(xué)生的營養(yǎng)知識回答正確率提高,獲得營養(yǎng)知識的途徑選擇"課堂教育"的從41.7%增加到66.7%;各營養(yǎng)態(tài)度指標(biāo)均好于教育前,選擇碳酸飲料的比例從17.3%下降到12.8%,不愛吃以上食物的比例從18.3%上升到36.8%,依據(jù)營養(yǎng)選擇食物的比例由37.3%上升到63.8%,差異均有統(tǒng)計意義(P值均0.01)。結(jié)論營養(yǎng)教育對改善大學(xué)生的營養(yǎng)知識、態(tài)度及食物選擇有明顯作用,對提高我國大學(xué)生的營養(yǎng)狀況和健康水平,預(yù)防遠(yuǎn)期疾病具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the difference of nutrition knowledge, attitude and food choice of college students in Suzhou before and after nutrition education. Methods 1 029 college students from 2 higher vocational colleges in Suzhou were selected by cluster to carry out nutrition education through classroom teaching. Before and after education, the students were investigated with questionnaires to analyze the effect of nutrition education on nutrition knowledge, attitude and food choice. Results the correct rate of nutritional knowledge of college students was improved after nutrition education. The choice of "classroom education" increased from 41.7% to 66.7%; All the nutritional attitude indexes were better than before education, the proportion of choosing carbonated drinks decreased from 17.3% to 12.8, and the proportion of those who did not like the above food increased from 18.3% to 36.8%. The proportion of food selected according to nutrition increased from 37.3% to 63.8, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion Nutrition education can improve the nutritional knowledge of college students. Attitude and food selection have obvious effects on improving the nutritional status and health level of college students in China and preventing long-term diseases.
