【摘要】：職業(yè)教育具有經(jīng)濟(jì)和教育雙重屬性，并具有區(qū)域性和外部適應(yīng)性特征，只有將職業(yè)教育與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展緊密聯(lián)系起來(lái)，使其主動(dòng)服務(wù)于區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，從而構(gòu)建一個(gè)與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)相適應(yīng)、與區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展相銜接的服務(wù)型教育體系，才能提高職業(yè)教育對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展需要的人才支撐，實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。特別的，當(dāng)一個(gè)區(qū)域處在工業(yè)化和城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展過(guò)程中時(shí)，是需要有相應(yīng)的各種人才支撐的，而這其中大量技能型人才的培養(yǎng)，需要職業(yè)教育來(lái)為之服務(wù)。 本文所選取的吉安市正處于工業(yè)化和城鎮(zhèn)化快速發(fā)展的過(guò)程中，理論上講，吉安市的職業(yè)教育要為吉安的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展培養(yǎng)相應(yīng)的各類(lèi)人才，特別是與其產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展相適應(yīng)的技能型人才，但是，目前吉安市的職業(yè)教育存在較多與其經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不相適應(yīng)的問(wèn)題。本文主要從研究吉安市職業(yè)教育服務(wù)該區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā)，，采取訪談、問(wèn)卷、調(diào)研、文獻(xiàn)查閱和整理自已的工作筆記等方法收集資料，對(duì)這些資料進(jìn)行分析研究，發(fā)現(xiàn)吉安的職業(yè)教育在服務(wù)吉安的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方面存在一些問(wèn)題并針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題提出相應(yīng)的策略、措施。具體是為：1、優(yōu)化職業(yè)學(xué)校布局2、調(diào)整專(zhuān)業(yè)布局和建設(shè)重點(diǎn)專(zhuān)業(yè)3、加強(qiáng)職業(yè)學(xué)校師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)，在數(shù)量質(zhì)量上達(dá)到要求4、建設(shè)校企合作示范校，帶動(dòng)吉安職業(yè)教育快速發(fā)展5、加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育，服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型等。
[Abstract]:Vocational education has the dual attributes of economy and education, and has the characteristics of regional and external adaptability. Only by closely linking vocational education with regional economic development, can vocational education actively serve the development of regional economy. Thus, the construction of a service-oriented education system, which is compatible with the regional economy and the development of regional industries, can enhance the talent support needed by vocational education for the development of regional economy. Realize the sustainable development of regional economy. Especially, when a region is in the process of industrialization and urbanization development, it is necessary to have the corresponding support of various talents, and there are a large number of skilled personnel training. Vocational education is needed to serve it. The Ji'an city selected in this paper is in the process of rapid industrialization and urbanization. Theoretically, the vocational education of Ji'an should train the corresponding talents for the economic development of Ji'an. Especially with its industrial development in line with the skills of talent, but. At present, vocational education in Ji'an has many problems which are not suitable for its economic development. This paper mainly from the study of the current situation of vocational education in Ji'an serving the regional economic development, adopt interviews, questionnaires, research. Literature review and collation of their own work notes and other methods to collect information, the analysis of these materials. It is found that there are some problems in serving the economic development of Ji'an in the vocational education of Ji'an, and the corresponding strategies and measures are put forward in view of these problems. The specific measures are: 1, optimize the layout of vocational schools. 2. Adjust the layout of major and build 3 key specialties, strengthen the construction of teachers in vocational schools, meet the requirements in quantity and quality, build a model school of cooperation between schools and enterprises, and promote the rapid development of vocational education in Ji'an. 5. Strengthen rural vocational education, service regional economic transformation and so on.
