中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生“雙向互動(dòng)”管理的研究

【摘要】:隨著國(guó)家對(duì)中職教育的大力鼓勵(lì)和支持,中等職業(yè)學(xué)校連續(xù)擴(kuò)招,而中職招生普遍沒(méi)有任何條件限制,使中職學(xué)生管理出現(xiàn)了不少新情況、新問(wèn)題,,傳統(tǒng)的學(xué)生管理工作中的理念、方式已很難適應(yīng)新形勢(shì)發(fā)展的需要。這就給當(dāng)前中職學(xué)生教育管理工作提出了新的課題,必須進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的改革。 文章通過(guò)對(duì)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生現(xiàn)狀和學(xué)生管理工作現(xiàn)狀的實(shí)地調(diào)研,分析當(dāng)前中職學(xué)生管理中存在的問(wèn)題以及中職學(xué)生的需求,提出實(shí)施中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生“雙向互動(dòng)”管理的設(shè)想。文章嘗試將“互動(dòng)管理”理論引入中職學(xué)生管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)中職學(xué)工教師與學(xué)生之間的“雙向”互動(dòng),變傳統(tǒng)的教師“單項(xiàng)”管理為師生“雙向互動(dòng)”管理,提出確立“以生為本”、“學(xué)生管理者兩面性”、“兩面一體的教育主體”以及“管理的過(guò)程就是提高學(xué)生素質(zhì)的過(guò)程”等全新的工作理念,變傳統(tǒng)的強(qiáng)調(diào)“管理”學(xué)生為“服務(wù)”、“塑造”學(xué)生。通過(guò)宿舍區(qū)、班級(jí)管理、第二課堂和社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)等管理途徑設(shè)計(jì)了如何實(shí)施中職學(xué)生“雙向互動(dòng)”管理的相關(guān)要略,從組織、制度、人員等方面提出了相應(yīng)的保障措施。并通過(guò)試點(diǎn)學(xué)校的實(shí)踐情況和實(shí)施效果,進(jìn)一步證實(shí)了中職學(xué)生“雙向互動(dòng)”管理是行之有效的學(xué)生管理模式?傊,建立、實(shí)施中職學(xué)生“雙向互動(dòng)”的管理,既體現(xiàn)了學(xué)生主體性作用的發(fā)揮,又很好地促進(jìn)了民主、平等、和諧師生關(guān)系的建立,較大地提高了學(xué)生的積極性、主動(dòng)性和創(chuàng)造性,培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生的綜合素養(yǎng),全面提升了教育管理質(zhì)量。 該理論和實(shí)踐研究成果,為有效地解決當(dāng)前中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生管理中所存在的學(xué)生素質(zhì)低、管理教育難等問(wèn)題提供了參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the strong encouragement and support of the state to the secondary vocational education, secondary vocational schools continue to expand enrollment, and the secondary vocational school enrollment is generally without any conditions, so that there are many new situations and new problems in the management of secondary vocational school students. The traditional concept of student management has been difficult to adapt to the needs of the development of the new situation, which has put forward a new topic for the current secondary vocational school students' education management work, which must be reformed accordingly. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of secondary vocational school students and the demand of secondary vocational school students through the field investigation on the current situation of students and students' management in secondary vocational schools. This paper tries to introduce the theory of "interactive management" into the management of secondary vocational school students, so as to realize the "two-way" interaction between secondary vocational school teachers and students. Changing the traditional "single item" management of teachers into "two-way interaction" management of teachers and students, the author puts forward the establishment of "student-oriented" and "two-sided management of student managers". "the two sides of the main body of education" and "the process of management is the process of improving the quality of students" and other new working concepts, instead of the traditional emphasis on "management" students for "service". "shaping" students. Through the dormitory area, class management, the second classroom and social practice activities and other management approaches designed how to implement the secondary vocational school students "two-way interaction" management, from the organization, system. Personnel and other aspects of the corresponding protection measures. And through the practice of the pilot schools and implementation results, further confirmed that the secondary vocational school students "two-way interaction" management is an effective student management model. The establishment and implementation of the "two-way interaction" management of secondary vocational school students not only reflects the role of students' subjectivity, but also promotes the establishment of democracy, equality, harmonious teacher-student relationship, and greatly improves the enthusiasm of students. Initiative and creativity, cultivate students' comprehensive literacy, and improve the quality of education management. The theoretical and practical research results provide a reference and reference for solving the problems of students' low quality and difficult management education in current secondary vocational schools.
