【摘要】:高職教育是我國高等教育的一個重要組成部分,它的主要任務(wù)是為國家培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)應(yīng)用型和技能型人才。隨著我國高等教育的發(fā)展和社會對高職人才培養(yǎng)要求的不斷提高,高職教育在整個教育體系中顯示出越來越重要的作用。盡管我國高職院校經(jīng)過了三十多年的發(fā)展探索,形成了相對完善的德育教育體系,開展了積極有效的德育活動,但是學(xué)生德育的發(fā)展比起專業(yè)技能的提高,還存在一定程度的滯后。本文力求在遵循德育教育發(fā)展規(guī)律的基礎(chǔ)上,對高職德育教育的實效問題進行系統(tǒng)地分析和研究,希望能從中歸納出提高高職德育實效性的新對策,以適應(yīng)新世紀社會發(fā)展的要求。 本文共分四個部分:第一部分介紹選題背景、意義,研究的方法、思路,對高職院校學(xué)生德育研究現(xiàn)狀進行綜述,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題;第二部分闡述高職院校學(xué)生德育實效性的相關(guān)概念的內(nèi)涵、特點和意義,包括正確認識高職院校的人才培養(yǎng)目標、學(xué)生特點、德育實效性的內(nèi)涵與意義,在此基礎(chǔ)上探討提高高職院校德育實效性的基本理論,如社會存在決定社會意識論、大學(xué)生思想政治教育目標論、過程論、規(guī)律論等。第三部分從目前高職德育現(xiàn)狀分析入手,總結(jié)高職德育近些年取得的進步和成績,以及高職德育中存在的主要問題,深入探討影響高職學(xué)生德育實效性的原因;第四部分,針對高職院校的特點、發(fā)展要求和影響高職院校學(xué)生德育實效的原因,提出了提高高職院校德育實效的若干對策:一是要更新高職院校德育觀念;二是要加強德育隊伍建設(shè);三是要創(chuàng)新德育方法,探索德育新途徑;四是要從社會、家庭、校園三方面優(yōu)化德育環(huán)境,,以期營造良好的環(huán)境氛圍提高德育的實效?傊,要充分發(fā)揮高職院校學(xué)生德育的效能,滿足社會發(fā)展對高職院校人才素質(zhì)的要求。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education in our country, its main task is to cultivate the qualified and skilled talents for the country. With the development of our higher education and social demands of talents training in higher vocational colleges, higher vocational education has played an increasingly important role in the whole education system. Although the higher vocational colleges in China after thirty years of development and exploration, formed a relatively perfect moral education system, to carry out moral education activities actively, but the development of students' moral education higher than professional skills, there are still delayed to a certain extent. This paper tries to follow the principles of moral education rules, and research systematic analysis of the problem of effectiveness of moral education in higher vocational colleges, hoping to summarize new countermeasures for improving the effectiveness of higher vocational moral education, to adapt to the social development in the new century.
This paper is divided into four parts: the first part introduces the background, significance, research ideas, methods, current situation of moral education in Higher Vocational Colleges research review, found the problem; the second part expounds connotation of related concepts of the effectiveness of Higher Vocational College Students' moral education, characteristics and significance, including the goal, cultivating correct understanding of vocational colleges the students' characteristics, connotation and significance of the effectiveness of moral education, on the basis of the basic theory to improve the effectiveness of moral education in higher vocational colleges, such as social existence determines social consciousness of the objectives of Ideological and political education theory, process theory, law and so on. The third part starts from the present situation of moral education in Higher Vocational Colleges of Higher Vocational Education in recent years progress summary and the result, as well as the existing problems in higher vocational education, in-depth study of factors influencing the effectiveness of moral education of higher vocational students; the fourth part, for Higher Vocational Colleges The characteristics, causes and influence of the requirements of the development of moral education of students in higher vocational colleges, and proposed some countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of moral education in Higher Vocational Colleges: one is to update the concept of moral education in higher vocational colleges; the two is to strengthen the moral education team construction; the three is to innovate moral education methods, and explore new ways of moral education; the four is from society, family, optimization the campus environment of moral education in three aspects, in order to create a good environment to improve the effectiveness of moral education. In a word, we should give full play to the effectiveness of moral education of higher vocational college students, meet the requirements of talents in Higher Vocational Colleges and social development.
