中職生德育實(shí)踐教學(xué)一體化研究

【摘要】:在中職生德育教學(xué)的實(shí)際操作中,最薄弱的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)就是理論與實(shí)踐相分離,嚴(yán)重影響了德育的針對(duì)性和實(shí)效性。實(shí)踐教學(xué)是德育教學(xué)的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié),也是強(qiáng)化中職德育教學(xué)效果的重要措施。只有把德育教學(xué)與實(shí)踐教學(xué)融為一體,以實(shí)踐為重要途徑進(jìn)行德育,理論的科學(xué)性、豐富性和創(chuàng)造性才能生動(dòng)地顯示出來,德育的實(shí)效性才能得到增強(qiáng)。因此,進(jìn)行中職生德育實(shí)踐教學(xué)一體化研究,具有重要的理論意義和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。 結(jié)合我國(guó)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的實(shí)際,作者總結(jié)了中職德育實(shí)踐教學(xué)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出必須進(jìn)行中職德育實(shí)踐教學(xué)一體化研究。首先,從國(guó)內(nèi)與國(guó)外兩個(gè)方面對(duì)德育實(shí)踐教學(xué)進(jìn)行了綜述,并在此基礎(chǔ)上界定了德育實(shí)踐教學(xué)一體化的涵義和特點(diǎn)。第二,探索了中職德育實(shí)踐教學(xué)一體化的核心內(nèi)容,提出中職德育課堂教學(xué)、課堂以外校園以內(nèi)的第二課堂即是校園實(shí)踐教學(xué)、以及學(xué)校以外的社會(huì)實(shí)踐教學(xué)有機(jī)結(jié)合的德育實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系。第三,從總體上分析了實(shí)施中職德育實(shí)踐教學(xué)一體化的策略建議,對(duì)中職德育實(shí)踐教學(xué)一體化進(jìn)行了設(shè)想。第四,分析了中職德育實(shí)踐教學(xué)一體化的評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制,以形成一個(gè)科學(xué)、合理地制定實(shí)踐教育目標(biāo)和選擇實(shí)踐教育模式的機(jī)制和程序,建立起中職生德育實(shí)踐教學(xué)一體化體系。
[Abstract]:In the practical operation of moral education for secondary vocational school students, the weakest link is the separation of theory and practice, which seriously affects the pertinence and effectiveness of moral education. Practical teaching is an important link in moral education. It is also an important measure to strengthen the effect of moral education teaching in secondary vocational schools. Only by combining moral education teaching with practical teaching, and taking practice as an important way to carry out moral education, the theory is scientific. The richness and creativity can be vividly displayed, and the effectiveness of moral education can be enhanced. Therefore, it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study the integration of practical teaching of moral education for secondary vocational school students. Combined with the practice of secondary vocational schools in our country, the author summarizes the experience of practical teaching of moral education in secondary vocational schools, and puts forward that the integration of practical teaching of moral education in secondary vocational schools must be carried out. First of all. This paper summarizes the practical teaching of moral education from domestic and foreign aspects, and defines the meaning and characteristics of the integration of practical teaching of moral education on this basis. This paper explores the core content of the integration of practical teaching of moral education in secondary vocational schools, and points out that the second classroom outside the campus is the practical teaching on campus. And outside the school of social practice teaching organic combination of moral practice teaching system. Third, from the overall analysis of the implementation of secondary vocational moral education practice teaching integration strategy recommendations. This paper conceives the integration of practical teaching of moral education in secondary vocational schools. 4th, analyzes the evaluation mechanism of the integration of practical teaching of moral education in secondary vocational schools in order to form a scientific one. The aim of practical education and the mechanism and procedure of choosing the mode of practical education should be rationally formulated and the integrated system of practical teaching of moral education for secondary vocational school students should be established.
