【摘要】:Q學院是我國第一所獨立設置酒店專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的高職院校,已走過初期的探索發(fā)展及規(guī)模擴張階段,伴隨我國高等教育形式的變化已進入了戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃發(fā)展階段,學院要想繼續(xù)保持領先地位,,必須制定相應的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。 該文采用定量研究與定性研究相結(jié)合,應用SWOT分析方法,詳細分析了影響和制約Q學院發(fā)展外部環(huán)境,找出存在的機會和威脅;同時對內(nèi)部環(huán)境進行了分析,確定自身的優(yōu)勢和劣勢;根據(jù)建立的SWOT模型和相關分析的基礎上提出了具體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并根據(jù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略制定出了戰(zhàn)略實施措施和保障。 該文認為,我國高職教育發(fā)展面臨著難得的歷史機遇,具有良好的發(fā)展空間和外部環(huán)境,同時,高職院校自身在戰(zhàn)略層面存在一定的優(yōu)勢和不足,需要進行深入剖析,利用科學的戰(zhàn)略管理方法和系統(tǒng)研究,提出適合高職院校發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略選擇、發(fā)展定位、戰(zhàn)略舉措和保障。 在Q學院案例中,文章研究認為該院以現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)特別是酒店業(yè)為人才培養(yǎng)的主要面向,應據(jù)此制定體現(xiàn)學院特色的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,制定體現(xiàn)酒店業(yè)特色、凸顯國際化、符合高職人才培養(yǎng)目標的戰(zhàn)略愿景。文章結(jié)合高職院校的辦學特點,貼合Q學院的具體實際,有針對性地從管理改革、專業(yè)建設、硬件建設、辦學結(jié)構(gòu)、資本運營、科研服務、人才引進、特色建設、校園文化等九大方面,提出了較為具體的,有一定操作性的戰(zhàn)略實施計劃,并從管理、硬件、資金、組織四大方面著手,構(gòu)建一個較為完成的戰(zhàn)略保障體系,形成了一套相對完成、相互呼應、目標一致、有效協(xié)同的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。同時,該文通過對個案進行完整研究,給高職院校戰(zhàn)略研究提供了一個參照。
[Abstract]:Q College is the first higher vocational college to set up hotel professional talents independently in our country. It has gone through the initial stage of exploration development and scale expansion. With the change of the form of higher education in our country, it has entered the stage of strategic planning and development. If the college wants to maintain its leading position, it must formulate the corresponding development strategy. This paper combines quantitative research with qualitative research, and applies SWOT analysis method to analyze in detail the influence and restriction on the external environment of the development of Q College, and to find out the opportunities and threats that exist. At the same time, the internal environment is analyzed to determine its own strengths and weaknesses; Based on the established SWOT model and related analysis, this paper puts forward the specific development strategy, and formulates the implementation measures and guarantees of the strategy according to the development strategy. This paper holds that the development of higher vocational education in China is faced with a rare historical opportunity, with good development space and external environment, and at the same time, the higher vocational colleges themselves have certain advantages and disadvantages in the strategic level. It is necessary to make a thorough analysis and make use of the scientific strategic management method and systematic research to put forward the strategic choice, development orientation, strategic measures and guarantee suitable for the development of higher vocational colleges. In the case of Q College, the article thinks that the main orientation of the college is the modern service industry, especially the hotel industry, so we should formulate the development strategy to reflect the characteristics of the college and the characteristics of the hotel industry. Highlight internationalization, in line with the strategic vision of higher vocational talent training goals. Combined with the characteristics of higher vocational colleges, in line with the specific reality of Q college, targeted from management reform, professional construction, hardware construction. Nine major aspects, such as school structure, capital operation, scientific research service, talent introduction, characteristic construction, campus culture, etc., have been put forward, which are more concrete and operable strategic implementation plan, and from management, hardware, capital. Organization of the four major aspects of the building of a relatively completed strategic security system, forming a set of relative completion, echo each other, consistent goals, effective and coordinated development strategy. At the same time. This paper provides a reference for the strategic research of higher vocational colleges through a complete case study.
