【摘要】:教師專業(yè)發(fā)展是國(guó)際教育發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì),中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教師專業(yè)發(fā)展也越來越受到國(guó)家的高度重視。近年來,國(guó)家教育部出臺(tái)多項(xiàng)政策引導(dǎo)、鼓勵(lì)和支持中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展。隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的崛起,,中國(guó)的旅游業(yè)進(jìn)入飛速發(fā)展階段。高速發(fā)展的旅游業(yè)需要大量高素質(zhì)、高專業(yè)化程度的旅游人才。社會(huì)對(duì)高素質(zhì)旅游人才的需求也對(duì)教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展程度提出了更高的要求。中職旅游教師專業(yè)發(fā)展,有利于中等職業(yè)學(xué)校旅游教師教育的制度化和規(guī)范化,有利于促進(jìn)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校旅游教育的發(fā)展。 本文主要采用文獻(xiàn)法、調(diào)查研究法和訪談法等研究方法。首先,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外與教師專業(yè)發(fā)展、中職旅游教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理;其次,運(yùn)用調(diào)查問卷法,針對(duì)中職旅游教師當(dāng)前存在的問題展開調(diào)查;再次,對(duì)部分中職旅游教師進(jìn)行非結(jié)構(gòu)型訪談,獲得一手調(diào)查資料;最后,根據(jù)對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果的統(tǒng)計(jì),分析我國(guó)中職旅游教師專業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題及影響因素,并據(jù)此提出中職旅游教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的路徑。 本論文主要由五部分組成:第一部分為緒論,主要闡述本文的研究背景、研究意義、研究綜述、研究框架及研究方法;第二部分為中等職業(yè)學(xué)校旅游教師專業(yè)發(fā)展概述,主要闡述教師專業(yè)發(fā)展與教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展、中職教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的特征、中職旅游教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的意義及理論基礎(chǔ);第三部分為中職旅游教師專業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與影響因素,在對(duì)中職旅游教師專業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查后,找出目前存在的問題并進(jìn)行影響因素分析;第四部分為中職旅游教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的路徑,主要從政府行政管理方面、中等職業(yè)學(xué)校方面和中職旅游教師方面進(jìn)行闡述;第五部分為結(jié)語(yǔ),闡述本論文的基本結(jié)論與主要觀點(diǎn)并提出本文的不足之處。
[Abstract]:Teacher professional development is the inevitable trend of international education development, secondary vocational school teachers professional development has been increasingly attached great importance to the country. In recent years, the Ministry of Education issued a number of policies to guide. To encourage and support the professional development of secondary vocational school teachers. With the rise of China's economy, China's tourism industry has entered a rapid development stage. The rapid development of tourism needs a large number of high-quality. High degree of professional tourism talents. The demand for high-quality tourism talents also put forward a higher level of professional development of teachers. Secondary vocational school tourism teachers professional development. It is beneficial to the institutionalization and standardization of tourism teacher education in secondary vocational schools and to the development of tourism education in secondary vocational schools. This article mainly uses the literature method, the investigation research method and the interview method and so on research method. First, uses the literature method to carry on the comb to the domestic and foreign and the teacher profession development, the secondary vocational school traveling teacher profession development related literature; Secondly, using the questionnaire method, aiming at the current problems of secondary vocational tourism teachers to carry out an investigation; Thirdly, some secondary vocational tourism teachers are interviewed with non-structural type, and the primary investigation data are obtained. Finally, according to the statistics of the survey results, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the professional development of the secondary vocational tourism teachers and the influencing factors, and puts forward the path of the professional development of the secondary vocational tourism teachers. This paper consists of five parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly describes the research background, research significance, research review, research framework and research methods; The second part is an overview of tourism teachers' professional development in secondary vocational schools, which mainly expounds the characteristics of teachers' professional development and teacher professional development, as well as the characteristics of secondary vocational school teachers' professional development. The significance and theoretical basis of the professional development of tourism teachers in secondary vocational schools; The third part is the status quo and influencing factors of tourism teachers' professional development in secondary vocational schools. After investigating the current situation of tourism teachers' professional development in vocational schools, the author finds out the existing problems and analyzes the influencing factors. Part 4th is the path of professional development of secondary vocational tourism teachers, mainly from the government administration, secondary vocational schools and secondary vocational tourism teachers. The 5th part is the conclusion, expounding the basic conclusions and main viewpoints of this paper and putting forward the deficiency of this paper.
