【摘要】：校企合作、工學結(jié)合是高職院校人才培養(yǎng)的必由之路,如何在新形勢下創(chuàng)新教學模式,加大對企業(yè)的深度融合,真正實現(xiàn)"學校、學生、企業(yè)"三贏,是各高職院校校企合作永遠探索的主題。江西應用技術(shù)職業(yè)學院地球物理勘查技術(shù)專業(yè)(物探專業(yè))在校企合作工學結(jié)合方面做了一些探索和嘗試,探索校企合作工學結(jié)合教學的實現(xiàn)途徑,嘗試以生產(chǎn)項目為導向,創(chuàng)新由感性認識(生產(chǎn)實踐)到理性認識(理論知識)的教學模式。在項目實施的過程中,突出強化學生實踐技能,使學生對生產(chǎn)過程有一清晰認識,掌握最先進儀器設備的基本操作,增強學生職業(yè)規(guī)劃和定位意識。
[Abstract]:The cooperation between school and enterprise and the combination of work and study are the only way to cultivate talents in higher vocational colleges. How to innovate the teaching mode under the new situation, increase the deep integration of the enterprise, and realize the "school, student, enterprise" win three really. It is the theme of the cooperation between universities and enterprises in each higher vocational college. The geophysical exploration technology major (geophysical exploration specialty) of Jiangxi applied technology vocational college has made some exploration and attempt in the aspect of the combination of school and enterprise cooperation work and study. This paper explores the ways to realize the combination of school and enterprise work and learning and tries to innovate the teaching model from perceptual knowledge (production practice) to rational knowledge (theoretical knowledge) in the process of implementation of the project by taking the production project as the direction and innovating the mode of teaching from perceptual cognition (production practice) to rational understanding (theoretical knowledge). The emphasis is on strengthening the students' practical skills, making students have a clear understanding of the production process, mastering the basic operation of the most advanced instruments and equipment, and strengthening the students' professional planning and orientation consciousness.
