【摘要】：幼兒園教育質(zhì)量是關(guān)系兒童快樂生活和健康發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵問題。"幼兒園教育質(zhì)量的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與促進(jìn)研究"通過系統(tǒng)的專業(yè)取向的評價研究,獲取了大量觀察和訪談資料,與1992年的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行比較,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)前我國幼兒園基本擁有良好的物質(zhì)環(huán)境,教師隊伍年輕化,顯示出一定的專業(yè)化傾向,幼兒園半日活動內(nèi)容全面,操作實(shí)踐成為幼兒的主要學(xué)習(xí)方式,但同時也存在材料的提供不適合幼兒的發(fā)展需求,課程隨意性大,過分強(qiáng)調(diào)特色,沒有保證幼兒學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容的均衡,教師傾聽和關(guān)注幼兒少,幼兒語言表達(dá)和交流少,區(qū)縣層面幼兒園教育質(zhì)量的評估與促進(jìn)工作有待加強(qiáng)等突出問題。為提高教育質(zhì)量,當(dāng)前我國幼兒園應(yīng)著重建設(shè)高質(zhì)量的班級環(huán)境和課程,努力提高教師的教育智慧,并持續(xù)開展有針對性的基于實(shí)踐的教研活動。
[Abstract]:The quality of kindergarten education is the key to the happy life and healthy development of children. " Research on the Development and Promotion of the quality of Kindergarten Education "through the systematic evaluation of professional orientation, a large number of observations and interviews were obtained and compared with the relevant data in 1992. It can be found that kindergarten in our country basically has a good material environment, teachers are younger, showing a certain tendency of specialization, kindergarten half-day activity content is comprehensive, the practice of operation has become the main way of learning for young children. But at the same time, there are also some materials that are not suitable for the development needs of young children. The curriculum is arbitrary, overemphasizes the characteristics, does not guarantee the balance of children's learning content, teachers listen to and pay little attention to young children, and the language expression and communication of young children are less. The evaluation and promotion of kindergarten education quality at district and county level need to be strengthened. In order to improve the quality of education, Chinese kindergartens should focus on the construction of high-quality class environment and curriculum, strive to improve teachers' educational wisdom, and continue to carry out targeted practice-based teaching and research activities.
