幼兒園幼兒自主活動(dòng)的引導(dǎo)問題及對策研究

【摘要】: 承認(rèn)幼兒自我能動(dòng)性,尊重幼兒的人格和自主活動(dòng)的權(quán)利,以及教師對幼兒學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)的科學(xué)引導(dǎo),這既是當(dāng)代幼兒教育科學(xué)的核心理念,又是良好健康的幼兒自主活動(dòng)開展的必要前提;谶@兩方面,本研究根據(jù)當(dāng)前幼兒教育理論研究的動(dòng)向以及幼兒園活動(dòng)課程改革的實(shí)際情況的反思,借助于自由教育理論、人本主義教學(xué)理論、主體性教學(xué)論、幼兒早期社會(huì)化理論以及開放教育理論,運(yùn)用以調(diào)查為基礎(chǔ)、文獻(xiàn)法為主導(dǎo)的研究方法,對當(dāng)前幼兒園幼兒自主活動(dòng)的引導(dǎo)問題從理論和實(shí)踐兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了初步探討,發(fā)現(xiàn)并提出了八個(gè)主要方面的問題: 1.不善于觀察、感受幼兒的心理體驗(yàn); 2.室內(nèi)活動(dòng)過多; 3.直接控制方式較多,間接控制方式較少; 4.活動(dòng)場地狹小,,幼兒分散自由活動(dòng)不便; 5.集體活動(dòng)為主; 6.保護(hù)過多; 7.玩具材料、教具、圖書等種類數(shù)量少; 8.教師對幼兒有好惡之分。 并對這些問題從教師個(gè)人的個(gè)性、特征;教學(xué)的客觀、情境條件;教育、教學(xué)的思想、經(jīng)驗(yàn)三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了分析。最后提出了加強(qiáng)幼兒自主活動(dòng)引導(dǎo)的四點(diǎn)對策與建議:1.加強(qiáng)幼兒教師教育思想的管理;2.創(chuàng)設(shè)教育環(huán)境,改善活動(dòng)條件;3.重視幼兒教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展,提高幼兒教師的專業(yè)化水平;4.重視幼兒教師個(gè)性品質(zhì)的塑造。
[Abstract]:Recognizing that children's self-initiative, respect for their personality and their right to independent activities, and teachers' scientific guidance to children's learning activities are both the core concepts of the science of contemporary early childhood education, It is also a necessary prerequisite for good and healthy young children to carry out their own activities. On the basis of these two aspects, according to the current research trend of preschool education theory and the reflection on the actual situation of kindergarten activity curriculum reform, with the help of free education theory, humanistic teaching theory and subjective teaching theory, this research is based on the theory of free education, humanistic teaching theory and subjective teaching theory. The theory of early childhood socialization and the theory of open education, using the research method based on investigation and literature as the leading method, have made a preliminary discussion on the guidance of kindergarten children's autonomous activities from both theoretical and practical aspects. Found and raised eight main aspects of the problem: 1. Not good at observing, feeling the psychological experience of young children; 2. Excessive indoor activities; 3. More direct control and less indirect control; 4. The activity space is small, the child disperses the free movement inconvenience; 5. The collective activity is dominant; (6) the protection is too much; 7. Toy materials, teaching aids, books, etc. A small number of categories; 8. Teachers of children have likes and dislikes. This paper also analyzes these problems from three aspects: teacher's personality, characteristics, objective teaching, situational conditions, education, teaching thought and experience. Finally, four countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to strengthen the guidance of children's independent activities: 1. To strengthen the management of preschool teachers' educational thoughts; 2. To create educational environment and to improve the conditions of activities; 3. Attach importance to the professional development of preschool teachers, improve the professional level of preschool teachers; 4. Attach importance to the shaping of the personality of preschool teachers.
