觀察——實(shí)現(xiàn)師幼有效互動(dòng)的前提

【摘要】:幼兒教育由于其教育對(duì)象的特殊性,要收到良好的教育效益,更需要教師細(xì)致的觀察。在觀察中了解幼兒:了解幼兒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)獲得、能力發(fā)展、心理需要以及個(gè)體的學(xué)習(xí)方式;在觀察中開展活動(dòng):在觀察中捕捉活動(dòng)主題、進(jìn)行有效指導(dǎo)、調(diào)控活動(dòng)進(jìn)程等。這樣才能真正實(shí)現(xiàn)有效的師幼互動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:Because of the particularity of its educational object, preschool education needs teachers' careful observation in order to receive good educational benefits. To understand young children in observation: to understand children's experience acquisition, ability development, psychological needs and individual learning style; to carry out activities in observation: to capture the theme of activities in observation, to conduct effective guidance, to regulate the process of activities, etc. Only in this way can the effective interaction between teachers and children be realized.
