【摘要】： 幼兒教育是基礎(chǔ)教育的重要組成部分,發(fā)展幼兒教育對(duì)于促進(jìn)兒童身心全面健康發(fā)展,普及義務(wù)教育,提高國(guó)民整體素質(zhì),實(shí)現(xiàn)全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)的奮斗目標(biāo)具有重要意義。廣州市番禺區(qū)欖核鎮(zhèn)是一個(gè)位于廣東珠三角地區(qū)的農(nóng)村鎮(zhèn),本文主要從該鎮(zhèn)幼兒園生存、發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況出發(fā),擺事實(shí)、析原因、探對(duì)策,針對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)村幼兒園的生存現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的調(diào)查、研究,認(rèn)真分析了當(dāng)?shù)赜變航逃郎蟮脑?并提出促進(jìn)幼兒園發(fā)展的對(duì)策、建議,希望通過(guò)把自身在工作實(shí)際中的思考與教育教學(xué)理論學(xué)習(xí)相結(jié)合,來(lái)尋找一條促進(jìn)當(dāng)?shù)赜變航逃l(fā)展的可行之路。 本文從欖核鎮(zhèn)幼兒園的辦園條件著手,就幼兒園的經(jīng)費(fèi)、園舍、設(shè)施設(shè)備、規(guī)模、師資配置等五個(gè)方面列舉數(shù)據(jù)說(shuō)明幼兒園的生存現(xiàn)狀與問(wèn)題:剖析了導(dǎo)致欖核鎮(zhèn)幼兒園發(fā)展水平較低的四大原因,即鎮(zhèn)、村行政認(rèn)識(shí)不足、缺乏優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源、幼師隊(duì)伍不穩(wěn)定以及經(jīng)費(fèi)來(lái)源渠道窄;結(jié)合欖核鎮(zhèn)的實(shí)際情況以及幼兒教育發(fā)展的要求,對(duì)欖核鎮(zhèn)幼兒園發(fā)展提出了完善管理體制、強(qiáng)化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)監(jiān)督,拓寬辦園模式、加強(qiáng)規(guī)范指導(dǎo),統(tǒng)籌收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、解決運(yùn)作經(jīng)費(fèi),穩(wěn)定師資隊(duì)伍、加大師培力度等四大對(duì)策,力爭(zhēng)提升辦園層次。
[Abstract]:Early childhood education is an important part of basic education. The development of early childhood education is of great significance in promoting the healthy development of children's body and mind, popularizing compulsory education, improving the overall quality of the people and realizing the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Ruanghe Town, Panyu District, Guangzhou is a rural town located in the Pearl River Delta region of Guangdong. This article mainly starts from the actual situation of the existence and development of kindergartens in this town, puts forward the facts, analyzes the reasons, and probes into the countermeasures. This paper makes a detailed investigation and study on the survival status of local rural kindergartens, analyzes the reasons for the lag of local preschool education, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of kindergartens. The author hopes to find a feasible way to promote the development of local early childhood education by combining his own thinking in the actual work with the study of educational and teaching theory. This article starts with the conditions of running kindergarten in Lan-Ke town, and discusses the fund, the house, the facilities and the scale of the kindergarten. Five aspects, such as the allocation of teachers, are cited to illustrate the status quo and problems of kindergarten existence: the four main reasons leading to the low level of kindergarten development in Ruanghui Town are analyzed, that is, the lack of administrative knowledge in town and the lack of high-quality educational resources. The contingent of kindergarten teachers is unstable and the source of funds is narrow; According to the actual situation of Rugby Town and the requirements of the development of preschool education, this paper puts forward a perfect management system for the development of Rugby Town kindergarten, strengthens the leadership and supervision, widens the mode of running the garden, strengthens the standardized guidance, coordinates the charge standard, and solves the operating expenses. To stabilize the teaching staff, to increase the strength of master training and other four countermeasures, and strive to improve the level of running the garden.
