【摘要】：保障學(xué)齡兒童接受基本而有質(zhì)量的學(xué)前教育是當(dāng)前我國(guó)學(xué)前教育的基本國(guó)策。作為最大的學(xué)前學(xué)齡兒童需求國(guó),我國(guó)地域條件、經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)、群體特征的復(fù)雜性決定了學(xué)前教育需求的復(fù)雜性,因此,如何設(shè)計(jì)一套滿足不同需求對(duì)象的學(xué)前教育政策十分關(guān)鍵�？傮w來(lái)看,我國(guó)學(xué)前教育政策的底線是構(gòu)筑可獲得、付得起、有質(zhì)量的保障體系,同時(shí),要多樣化地滿足焦點(diǎn)性、興奮性、過(guò)程性需求,合理引導(dǎo)潛在性、發(fā)展性需求,其核心價(jià)值追求是以"人民滿意"為宗旨。
[Abstract]:It is the basic national policy of preschool education in our country to guarantee the children of school age to accept the basic and high quality preschool education. As the largest demand country for preschool children, the complexity of our country's regional conditions, economic, social and group characteristics determines the complexity of preschool education demand. How to design a set of preschool education policy to meet different needs is very important. In general, the bottom line of China's pre-school education policy is to build a guarantee system that is accessible, affordable, and of quality. At the same time, it is necessary to meet the needs of focus, excitement, process, reasonable guidance, potential and development in a variety of ways. Its core value pursuit is to "people's satisfaction" as the purpose.
