【摘要】：奧巴馬入主白宮后,為緩解日益加深的經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī),提高國(guó)民素質(zhì),增強(qiáng)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,確保美國(guó)社會(huì)的長(zhǎng)期繁榮與發(fā)展,將以前聯(lián)邦政府甚少關(guān)注的學(xué)前教育作為教育改革的突破口。奧巴馬政府的學(xué)前教育改革藍(lán)圖以"普及、優(yōu)質(zhì)、公平"的目標(biāo)領(lǐng)航學(xué)前教育改革;成立專門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)機(jī)構(gòu),加強(qiáng)各級(jí)政府對(duì)學(xué)前教育的統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào);學(xué)前教育經(jīng)費(fèi)單列,健全財(cái)政運(yùn)行機(jī)制,為教育改革藍(lán)圖提供資金支持;確保師資隊(duì)伍數(shù)量適度,提高教師待遇,提升教師素質(zhì);吸納社會(huì)各界廣泛參與,營(yíng)建學(xué)前教育環(huán)境,形成教育合力;通過"全方位、多層次、立體化"項(xiàng)目格局推動(dòng)學(xué)前教育改革藍(lán)圖的落實(shí)。奧巴馬政府學(xué)前教育改革藍(lán)圖,對(duì)于推進(jìn)我國(guó)學(xué)前教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展具有重要的借鑒意義和參考價(jià)值。

The Obama administration's blueprint for preschool education reform leads the reform of preschool education with the goal of "popularization, quality and fairness", and sets up specialized leading agencies to strengthen the coordination and coordination of preschool education at all levels of government. The funds of preschool education should be listed separately, the financial operating mechanism should be perfected, the financial support should be provided for the blueprint of education reform, the number of teachers should be moderate, the treatment of teachers should be improved, and the quality of teachers should be improved.
