【摘要】：正我們常常看見有這樣一類孩子:飯前不愿意洗手或是不自覺地洗手;吃飯總是要父母喂,邊吃邊跑;有的孩子吃飯的時(shí)候不忘看動(dòng)畫片,手里不停地玩玩具;看到不喜歡的飯菜不吃,或是有選擇地吃。這些現(xiàn)象反應(yīng)了孩子的進(jìn)餐習(xí)慣及家長(zhǎng)是否有正確引導(dǎo)孩子獨(dú)立地進(jìn)餐。我們常說幼兒時(shí)期是孩子成長(zhǎng)發(fā)育的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,有良好的食欲和合適的飯量對(duì)他的生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育是很重要,但幫助他們從小養(yǎng)成好的進(jìn)餐習(xí)慣和規(guī)則也很重要。雖然孩子的年紀(jì)很小,但
