【摘要】："關(guān)注兒童的需要"是以幼兒發(fā)展為本的現(xiàn)代教育理念的重要特征,對幼兒的身心健康發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。但在現(xiàn)實(shí)中,對兒童需要的關(guān)注嚴(yán)重缺失。幼兒園應(yīng)通過游戲支持、客觀觀察、專業(yè)解讀關(guān)注兒童需要;家庭要了解孩子的需要,關(guān)注孩子的變化,與教師嘗試交流,理解孩子的需要,并對孩子適當(dāng)引導(dǎo);社會方面則要加強(qiáng)對兒童需要的研究,加大兒童需要的宣傳力度,開辦滿足兒童需要的興趣班,開發(fā)和引進(jìn)適合兒童需要的玩具。
[Abstract]:"concern for the needs of children" is an important feature of the modern educational concept based on early childhood development, which is very important to the development of children's physical and mental health. But in reality, there is a serious lack of attention to the needs of children. Kindergarten should pay attention to the needs of children through game support, objective observation and professional interpretation; families should understand the needs of children, pay attention to the changes of children, try to communicate with teachers, understand the needs of children, and give appropriate guidance to children. On the social front, we should strengthen the research on the needs of children, increase the publicity of children's needs, set up interest classes to meet the needs of children, and develop and introduce toys suitable for children's needs.
