紅河哈尼族彝族自治州幼兒園家園合作的發(fā)展研究
[Abstract]:Kindergarten and family are two important environments for children's development. The purpose of home cooperation is to promote children's physical and mental development through mutual cooperation and mutual support. It is found from relevant research at home and abroad that it is an important means to improve the quality of early childhood education. At present, the exploration of home cooperation in kindergartens has achieved fruitful results. However, due to the differences in economic and cultural development among different regions, different kindergartens are faced with different situations. Therefore, it is an important research angle to pay attention to the individualized development of different types of kindergartens in different regions. In this study, 8 kindergartens in Jinping, Estuary and Honghe counties of Honghe Hani nationality and Yi Autonomous Prefecture were selected as the research objects. Through field observation, questionnaire survey, interview, literature collection and so on, The present situation of kindergarten home cooperation in ethnic minority areas is investigated, and the existing problems and causes are analyzed, and the countermeasures and suggestions suitable for kindergarten home cooperation in ethnic minority areas are put forward. This paper is composed of five parts: the first part is about the question, the significance, the purpose, the content and the research method, analyzes the literature at home and abroad, and defines the related concepts. The second part describes the investigation results from six aspects: preparation, cognition and attitude, form and content, frequency and degree, implementation process and evaluation. The third part analyzes the problems and reasons in the minority areas of Honghe Prefecture, and finds that there is a general lack of environment to support the cooperation of their homes, teachers do not play a leading role, and parents lack the consciousness of participation. And different types of kindergartens are facing special problems in the development. The fourth part through the reflection of the status quo, to improve the participation of parents in minority areas to home cooperation as the starting point, The researcher thinks that Honghe prefecture has abundant minority resources to be used in order to explore the cooperative activities of using national resources. In the fifth part, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to carry out the cooperation of home in the kindergarten of Honghe Hani Yi Autonomous Prefecture.
