卡梅倫政府學(xué)前教師質(zhì)量保障機(jī)制分析

【摘要】:提高學(xué)前教師質(zhì)量是卡梅倫政府確保優(yōu)質(zhì)學(xué)前教育的重要舉措,為此政府確立了新的早期教育教師身份,并通過制定早期教育教師標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、早期教育初級(jí)教師培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目等,以確保獲取這一新的身份資格。在目前我國(guó)呼喚學(xué)前教育質(zhì)量的重要時(shí)期,考察英國(guó)新近執(zhí)政黨卡梅倫政府的學(xué)前教師質(zhì)量保障機(jī)制,可為提升我國(guó)學(xué)前教師質(zhì)量提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)和決策參考。
