【摘要】：高師院校實(shí)踐教學(xué)在教師教育改革、教師資格考試全面推行、學(xué)前教育改革深入開展的時(shí)代背景下,面臨理想人才培養(yǎng)對(duì)實(shí)踐教學(xué)需求與現(xiàn)實(shí)存在差距、學(xué)前教師教育與學(xué)前教育實(shí)踐存在脫節(jié)、實(shí)踐教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)與貫徹實(shí)施存在偏差等問題,在"全實(shí)踐"指導(dǎo)思想下,滲透質(zhì)量理念、融合理念和共贏理念,通過堅(jiān)持執(zhí)行實(shí)踐教學(xué)基地準(zhǔn)入撤銷機(jī)制、嘗試啟動(dòng)實(shí)踐教學(xué)基地指導(dǎo)教師培訓(xùn)交流機(jī)制、構(gòu)建以實(shí)踐教學(xué)基地自身建設(shè)需求與高師院校實(shí)踐教學(xué)需求吻合機(jī)制等改革策略,有望切實(shí)提高實(shí)踐教學(xué)效果。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the reform of teacher education, the comprehensive implementation of teacher qualification examination and the deepening of preschool education reform, the practical teaching in normal colleges and universities is facing the gap between the demand for practical teaching and the reality for the cultivation of ideal talents. There is a disconnection between pre-school teacher education and pre-school education, and there are some problems in the design and implementation of practical teaching. Under the guiding ideology of "full practice", the concept of quality, the concept of integration and the idea of win-win are infiltrated. Through persisting in carrying out the mechanism of withdrawing the admission of practical teaching base, trying to start the mechanism of teachers' training and communication under the guidance of practice teaching base, and constructing the reform strategy of matching the demand of practice teaching base with the demand of practice teaching in normal colleges and universities, and so on. It is hoped that the practical teaching effect will be improved.
