【摘要】：幼兒成長(zhǎng)發(fā)育期,充足合理的營(yíng)養(yǎng)對(duì)他們來(lái)說(shuō)顯得至關(guān)重要。幼兒健健康康,是每位家長(zhǎng)的愿望,也是全社會(huì)的愿望。而幼兒飲食合理的營(yíng)養(yǎng)與科學(xué)管理是促進(jìn)兒童正常發(fā)育,健康成長(zhǎng)的物質(zhì)保證。筆者就管理制度、平衡膳食、營(yíng)造健康的飲食環(huán)境、家校配合形成合力養(yǎng)成飲食好習(xí)慣等幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單論述。
[Abstract]:Children's growth and development, adequate and reasonable nutrition for them is very important. The healthy health of children is the wish of every parent and the whole society. The proper nutrition and scientific management of infant diet are the material guarantee to promote the normal development and healthy growth of children. This paper briefly discusses the management system, the balanced diet, the healthy eating environment, the formation of the cooperation between home and school and the formation of the joint efforts to develop the good eating habits and so on.
