“高!變簣@”合作共同體面臨的困境及模式拓展

【摘要】:"高!變簣@"合作共同體,是推進高校和幼兒園發(fā)展,提高學(xué)前教育師范生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量、促進高校教師和幼兒教師共同發(fā)展的重要途徑之一。然而,當(dāng)前"高校—幼兒園"合作共同體面臨諸多亟待解決的問題。本文針對目前"高校—幼兒園"合作中存在的問題進行詳細(xì)的分析,并根據(jù)存在的問題提出以共同愿景促進文化融合,以平等促進合作對話,以回歸實踐促進教師成長,以發(fā)揮合力提高合作實效,以資源互補拓展合作空間,以政府介入完善合作機制等對策促進"高!變簣@"模式的完善。"高!變簣@"模式的創(chuàng)新完善必將對高校、幼兒園教師和學(xué)前教育專業(yè)的學(xué)生的成長起到良好的促進作用。
[Abstract]:The cooperative community of "university-kindergarten" is one of the important ways to promote the development of colleges and kindergartens, to improve the quality of pre-school normal students' training and to promote the common development of college teachers and preschool teachers. However, at present, the cooperative community of university-kindergarten faces many problems to be solved. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the problems existing in the cooperation between colleges and kindergartens, and proposes to promote cultural integration with a common vision, promote cooperative dialogue by equality, and promote teachers' growth by returning to practice. In order to bring into play the joint efforts to improve the actual effect of cooperation, to expand the cooperative space with the complementary resources, and to improve the cooperation mechanism with the government intervention and so on, to promote the perfection of the "University-Kindergarten" model. " The innovation and perfection of the "university-kindergarten" mode will promote the growth of colleges, kindergarten teachers and students majoring in preschool education.
