【摘要】：目的:開展小兒齲齒危險(xiǎn)因素流行病學(xué)調(diào)查,提出社區(qū)預(yù)防與保健對(duì)策。方法:對(duì)大良社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心婦幼保健科2015年與2016年共收治的60名患齲齒病小兒開展調(diào)查研究,分析危險(xiǎn)因素提出預(yù)防對(duì)策。結(jié)果:A組(2016年)中有15例發(fā)病,發(fā)病率為50.0%,B組(2015年)中21例發(fā)病,發(fā)病率為70.0%,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);男性齲齒發(fā)病率45.5%,女性發(fā)病率77.8%,差異亦具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);伴隨年齡增大,齲齒患病率提高;小兒齲齒與喜吃甜食、酸食、刷牙及漱口習(xí)慣有關(guān)。結(jié)論:隨年齡增長(zhǎng),小兒齲齒發(fā)病率呈上升趨勢(shì),改掉不良生活習(xí)慣與飲食習(xí)慣,加強(qiáng)保健知識(shí)宣傳是預(yù)防小兒齲齒的重要途徑。
[Abstract]:Objective: to carry out an epidemiological survey on the risk factors of dental caries in children and to propose a community prevention and health care strategy. Methods: 60 children with dental caries treated in 2015 and 2016 in Daliang community health service center were investigated, and the risk factors were analyzed. Results: in group A (2016), there were 15 cases of disease. The rate of 21 cases in group B (2015) was 70%, the incidence was 70%, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the incidence of dental caries was 45.5%, the incidence of female was 77.8%, the difference was also statistically significant (P0.05); the incidence of dental caries increased with age increasing; children's caries were related to eating sweets, acid, brushing and gargle. Growth, the incidence of dental caries in children is on the rise, eliminating bad habits and eating habits, and strengthening health knowledge publicity is an important way to prevent dental caries in children.
