【摘要】：日本國立大學法人京都大學以科研創(chuàng)新能力聞名,本文通過分析其辦學與人才培養(yǎng)理念以及通識教育、Pocket Semina(r小班討論課)等課程設置的特色做法,總結(jié)其創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):課程設置注重全校聯(lián)合,統(tǒng)一向?qū)W生提供始終"一貫"的跨專業(yè)教育課程;大力充實多樣、和諧的通識教育,尤其注重本科新生教育內(nèi)容;建立全校范圍的質(zhì)量保障機制,加強教師培訓工作并實現(xiàn)經(jīng)驗共享。
[Abstract]:Kyoto University, a legal person of National University of Japan, is famous for its ability of scientific research and innovation. This paper summarizes its innovative talent training model by analyzing its idea of running a school and personnel training, as well as the characteristics of general education Pocket Seminar. It is found that the curriculum design pays attention to the unity of the whole school and provides the students with the "consistent" cross-specialty education curriculum, and makes great efforts to enrich various and harmonious general education, especially the contents of undergraduate freshmen's education. Set up the whole school-wide quality assurance mechanism, strengthen the teacher training work and realize the sharing of experience.
