【摘要】：目的了解寶安區(qū)西鄉(xiāng)街道幼兒園因病缺課情況,為有效防控提供科學依據(jù)。方法收集2014年9月-2015年7月西鄉(xiāng)街道5家幼兒園的因病缺課資料并進行整理分析。結(jié)果小班、中班和大班的缺課率分別為3.90%、1.96%和1.66%,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ~2=1 410.266,P0.01),因病缺課率高峰在3月份和5月份。因病缺課率男性高于女性,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ~2=36.255,P0.01),引起幼兒園缺課的主要病因構(gòu)成前5位分別為感冒(80.25%)、胃腸道疾病(4.54%)、氣管炎肺炎(3.50%)、耳鼻喉病(3.22%)和意外傷害(1.75%)。結(jié)論呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病、胃腸道疾病和意外傷害是深圳市寶安區(qū)西鄉(xiāng)街道幼兒園防控的重點。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the absence of classes in Xixiang street kindergartens in Baoan District, and to provide scientific basis for effective prevention and control. Methods from September 2014 to July 2015, five kindergartens in Xixiang street were collected and analyzed. Results the absenteeism rates of small class, middle class and large class were 3.90% and 1.66%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (蠂 2 / 2 / 1 410.266 / P 0.01). The peak of absence rate due to illness was in March and May respectively. The rate of absenteeism was significantly higher in males than in females (蠂 ~ 2 / 2 / 36.255 / P0.01a), and the top five causes of school absenteeism were colds 80.25m, gastrointestinal diseases 4.54cm, bronchitis pneumonia 3.50m, ear, nose and throat diseases 3.2222) and accidental injury 1.75g / min. The main causes of school absenteeism were as follows: 80.25% colds, 4.54 cases of gastrointestinal diseases, 3.50% of bronchitis pneumonia, 3.22% of ear, nose and throat diseases) and 1.75% of accidental injuries. Conclusion Respiratory diseases, gastrointestinal diseases and accidental injuries are the key points of prevention and control in Xixiang street kindergartens in Baoan District, Shenzhen.
