【摘要】：人力資源管理是國內近年來發(fā)展十分迅速的學科領域之一，，正在成為21世紀管理學的核心。幼兒園教師人力資源開發(fā)與管理對幼兒園的發(fā)展具有戰(zhàn)略意義，研究幼兒園教師人力資源管理問題，具有很強的現(xiàn)實性與緊迫性。 本文以人本管理、差異管理和團隊管理理論為指導，對幼兒園教師人力資源管理進行了深入、細致的研究。從分析幼兒教師需求的特點入手，闡述了幼兒園教師人力資源管理的特點，分析了目前我國幼兒園教師人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題，提出了幼兒園教師人力資源管理的對策：樹立“教師是幼兒園第一人力資源”、“用人所長、人盡其才”、“群體成才”等觀念；明確以人為本、差異性、團隊協(xié)作等原則；實施系統(tǒng)的幼兒園教師人力資源開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略，加大教師人力資本投資，改革教師人事制度，優(yōu)化教師人才成長環(huán)境；提升幼兒教師的素質和學歷層次、優(yōu)化幼兒教師的年齡與能力結構，建立合理的幼兒園教師人力資源管理架構；形成有效的幼兒園教師人力資源管理激勵和評價機制。 本研究旨在通過對幼兒園教師人力資源管理進行現(xiàn)狀分析，找出存在問題，并給出解決方案，為幼兒園教師人力資源管理改革的實施提供明確的方向，為科學地設計幼兒園人力資源管理體系提供有益的參考，最終做到合理配置教師資源，從而激發(fā)幼兒教師的積極性和創(chuàng)造性。希望通過此研究引起管理者對幼兒園教師人力資源管理的重視，促進各個幼兒園之間的信息溝通，使幼兒園發(fā)現(xiàn)自身管理中存在的不足，及時采取對策，為人力資源管理上等級、上水平提供保障，從而充分發(fā)揮其在幼兒園未來發(fā)展中的重要作用。
[Abstract]:Human resource management is one of the rapidly developing disciplines in China in recent years and is becoming the core of management in the 21st century. The development and management of kindergarten teachers' human resources is of strategic significance to the development of kindergartens. It is very realistic and urgent to study the management of kindergarten teachers' human resources. Guided by the theories of humanistic management, difference management and team management, this paper makes a thorough and detailed study on the human resource management of kindergarten teachers. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of kindergarten teachers' demands, this paper expounds the characteristics of kindergarten teachers' human resource management, and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of kindergarten teachers' human resource management in China. This paper puts forward the countermeasures of human resource management for kindergarten teachers, such as "teachers are the first human resource in kindergartens", "employing talents, using talents", "group becoming talented", and so on, and the principles of people-oriented, diversity, team cooperation, and so on are clearly defined. Implement systematic strategy of kindergarten teachers' human resources development, increase the investment of teachers' human capital, reform teacher's personnel system, optimize the environment of teachers' talents' growth, improve the quality and educational level of preschool teachers, To optimize the age and ability structure of kindergarten teachers, to establish a reasonable human resource management framework for kindergarten teachers, and to form an effective incentive and evaluation mechanism for kindergarten teachers' human resources management. The purpose of this study is to analyze the current situation of kindergarten teachers' human resource management, to find out the existing problems, and to provide a clear direction for the implementation of kindergarten teachers' human resources management reform. It provides a useful reference for the scientific design of kindergarten human resource management system, and finally achieves the rational allocation of teachers' resources, thus arousing the enthusiasm and creativity of kindergarten teachers. It is hoped that through this study, the managers will attach importance to the human resource management of kindergarten teachers, promote the communication of information among the kindergartens, and make the kindergartens discover the deficiencies in their own management and take countermeasures in time. In order to give full play to the important role of human resource management in the future development of kindergarten.
