學(xué)前教育現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展策略研究——以浙江省麗水市為例

【摘要】:學(xué)前教育越來(lái)越受重視,目前的幼兒園存在發(fā)展不均衡、幼師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)不系統(tǒng)、幼兒教育小學(xué)化傾向嚴(yán)重、教育經(jīng)費(fèi)落實(shí)不到位、民辦幼兒園內(nèi)管理不規(guī)范等問(wèn)題。必須整合優(yōu)勢(shì)資源,健全學(xué)前教育管理體制,打造高水平、高素質(zhì)、高質(zhì)量的專業(yè)幼師隊(duì)伍,尊重幼兒身心發(fā)展規(guī)律,加大財(cái)政投入,強(qiáng)化管理,促進(jìn)學(xué)前教育持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Preschool education has been paid more and more attention. The development of kindergarten is not balanced, the construction of kindergarten teachers is not systematic, the tendency of primary school education is serious, the funds of education are not in place, and the management of private kindergartens is not standardized and so on. It is necessary to integrate superior resources, perfect the management system of preschool education, build a high level, high quality and high quality professional kindergarten teachers, respect the law of children's physical and mental development, increase financial investment, strengthen management, and promote the sustainable development of preschool education.
